Need to edit this because of another bad experience I had. We placed an order online for just a bagel with cream and an egg and cheese. I got there 10 minutes after placing the order and still had to wait another 10+ minutes. There was no one waiting for their order in the store except me. When I asked how long it’ll take, they said oh it’s because your order says 12:16 pickup so give us a few minutes. Not sure why they couldn’t just work on my order and let me get it early if I was already waiting there. It looked like they started working on it 3 mins before 12:16 even though I made it known I was waiting for the order when I first arrived in the store.
I just got another 2 items today. As someone who does not eat meat, it was really upsetting to see a piece of meat in my sandwich. I always like this place but sucks that we had two bad experiences.

They are all so nice and sweet! & the owner/manager was so nice making sure everything was perfect!! They even have toys for the kids to play. Make sure y’all get the fresh squeezed orange juice!!

Wrong bagel, toppings I didn't ask for, the knife they used to cut the bagel must have not been cleaned today, I don't even know what was on my bagel. For an online order where you would think they can't screw it up because everything is spelled out for them, yeah they screwed up. I was a regular, I'm done here, there's other options

Very disappointing experience. The staff member was extremely unprofessional—he packed 15 bagels into a single bag, which caused them to get squished. He also failed to check the order properly the first time and became argumentative when asked how many bagels were in the bag. This level of service is unacceptable. There was apologies from the staff..

I Come occasionally to this store since it opened my husband works very close one particular employee older man with glasses is rude & very unprofessional talks down to customers as if we owe him something he needs better customer service training. Food is great sad that the service takes away from that.
tasty food, reasonably priced. i got the spinach and bacon croissant which was delicious and one of the best breakfast sandwiches i’ve ever had. my dad got chicken salad on a croissant and he liked it too and it came with chips and pickles. coffee was very strong and the chocolate chip muffin was fresh. service wasn’t the friendliest but it was fine (got some side eye for asking them to not waste a bag on my muffin and just give it to me in a napkin). a filling lunch for two people under $25, with coffee and and muffin for dessert.

My friend and I were working next door when we stumbled upon this bagel shop. It was an amazing place—very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. The food was incredibly delicious. The fresh orange juice was to die for, and we had the jalapeño cheddar bagel with butter—yum, just perfect. I’m afraid I’ll have to come here every day now.
