They are absolute robbers who would not fulfill your mobile order even after successful payment. They need cash and probably the people who work in the store steal the cash at night or they don't pay taxes to IRS. They are useless who can fulfill the orders only with cash but can't serve a customer who has a successful mobile order right there.

McDonald’s you would be hearing from my lawyers, tell me why I order my McDonald’s coke and they want to give me my soda with no ice even after I said ice, my soda is not even filled to the brim, like it seemed that someone took 4 large sips of my soda and just gave it to me, and for what it paying I deserved better. Had a disappointed experince in drive-thru, there was a long queue of cars, service is slow and they gave us wrong order, we parked our car went inside and asked about that they simply gave one Mc chicken and left. Second time for drive-thru they served the messy food which is not even hot. We felt staff might be thinking drive-thru people will pick and never see return for complaining their food and jobs. Food and service are lousy.

Shamrock what? So disgusting taste. But mcchicken delux is just trash for $8.. just regular buns with rotten soggy petty with 3 small tomato slices n little shredded lettuce. It's sad to review McDonald's in itself but if delux is like this then just want to dare you all not to try regular mcChicken at all. Plz.

They are NOT Open 24 hours. I'm sitting here at 1:25am and the guy says they close at 1am. Waste of a drive expecting them to be open even though Google says hours were confirmed by the owner

Food is never cooked. Fully. Cheese is not even melted. Items are forgotten. Place orders ahead of time through mobile app and I'm told to wait in a parking spot while other customers are getting their food and leaving ahead of me. I now go out of my way to go to the McDonald's in Somerville on route 22 and the difference is very noticeable. Summerville's actually cooks their burgers and are on top of things
