The fries were extremely salty. I have no idea what happened but the salt was over done when being placed and I suspect the gentleman behind the counter knew as when he looked at the warmer, he shook his head. The lady who worked with him, handling the food was then no where to be seen.The basket for a large looked more on the small side. Meanwhile, they had large containers there.I give the atmosphere 3 stars because after all this is a mall and always expected to be hectic.But the food quality itself will definitely not have me returning at all.

Food is alright. Its just like any other Nathans. Service is a bit slow on weekdays, but if its a weekend , prepare to be there for 10+ minutes. One time there were 6-7 people waiting just for their order alone. It is around 6 bucks JUST FOR A HOTDOG. Very overpriced for the small portions you get.

Haven't enjoyed a frank & FF since being at the mother ship in Coney Island with my wife and granddaughter ? Food was good, but we missed our granddaughter ☹️

Came to Nathan’s on a recommendation from a familymember saying they had the best burgers around. I have to say their burgers are definitely very very good! New local burger joint!
Someone walked off with our order. They are not matching the receipt numbers to what is being picked up, and some guy picked up my order. It's very hard to hear in this place. The girl at the register tried to blame me saying "well, I called your number" but the head cashier agreed she should have checked the numbers. My daughter had a chicken sandwich, which was passable. She also ordered cheese fries. The cheese is awful. I ordered a diet coke. Mall food. Blech.

I got 3 chicken tenders and fries, no complaints with the food, came out quick and was tasty. however the service was subpar and the prices were absurd. I understand the high operating costs of the location but i think they could afford to take a dollar or two off.

NEVER BUY HERE. RUDE PEOPLE HORRIBLE FOOD. These people are horrible. my daughter though the fries were not done well and the tenders burnt. When shared with her she rudely informed me her fryer is working and no one complains. Totally had to through the food away and she was rude enough to make a remark and was sharing details of my transaction with that next person in line. WOULD NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

Came here to grab a quick meal for lunch. First, it cost 20 bucks for 2 hotdogs, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. But that wasn't the kicker, after i I started to eat and drink my Orangeade drink I looked at the lid on the drink. There was something stuck on the inside if the lid. Yup it was a bug. I almost threw up but I threw out the rest of the food and took the drink back to the guy who I think was the manager. I didn't want to cause a scene so I handed him the cup and pointed to the bug in the lid and said you guys need to check your stock for lids. He said what? So i said it again then he took off the lid and showed it to another guy standing outside the counter area. That guy looked at me at and shrugged his shoulders as if to say, so what? Then he told the manager to give me two dollars. I said I didn't ask for my money back I want you guys to check for bugs and walked away. My advise, stay away or double check anything you get from this location. see the pic if you want to see the creature that was stuck on the inside of the lid.
