Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Well I hate to do this but I really was taken aback. Look maybe I just got the wrong item to eat but still manacotti just should not be the way it was. I suppose it was made at a distribution facility then shipped frozen to the store. All I know is that was the definite worst manacotti I ever got. It was flattened out as if it were stepped on. The noodle like leather.....It was bad. Now I took two bites set to the side. You would think the server who just set it in front of me not 5 min literly before coming and saying would you like a box for that? Not hey is there something wrong. Also i had soup and literly by my fifth spoon to my mputh he is at the table with our entres..There were just so many wrong things about this place I just wanted to get the heck out of there and never ever come back. A nice italian resteraunt not a franchise is where i should have gone. I might even have saved some money. Never never ever again!

Are two orders of manicotti were hard like rock. The kitchen sent out our gnocchi with nothing but broth. When we questioned waiter he said they ran out. I realize it was 9pm but the food was not good at all. Terrible experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Olive Garden thanks to my server, Kayo! From the moment we sat down, Kayo was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. He took the time to explain the menu and offered great suggestions based on my preferences. His service was efficient, and he really made our dining experience enjoyable. Kayo's positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out, making the meal feel special. Highly recommend asking for him if you're visiting!

Best place to go for comfort food.
Love their minestrone and free warm bread 😀
Drinks are real good.
Besides the soup love their eggplant parm, and chicken and shrimp carbonara

Usually get to-go orders from this location and it’s been very hit or miss lately in the last few months. Last time we ordered, special instructions had not been followed. This go around, the instructions were followed but the quality just wasn’t there. Overcooked, soupy Alfredo with a random gift that I have zero clue what it is. At least the soup was okay along with the frittas but jeez… for $32, I could’ve done better for the night.

I had not been to one in many years so I didn't know what to expect. I was really pleasantly surprised! Everything was fantastic! We all had appetizers, soup, salad and entree and dessert. For eight people it was still very reasonably priced!! Can't wait to go back soon!!

We called 20 minutes before, arrived and waited 30 more minutes, so far so good!
Surprise, a family arrived that had not called to reserve a table (they did not know the name of any person in that group) that never waited for a table, but they were white people, and they were given a table immediately, my wife noticed and made them see that they had made a mistake, but in a very rude way they told us that for my group there were two separate tables, take it or wait 40 more minutes, we were a group of ten people: my daughters, my mother, we all felt very bad, indiscriminate, classified, for being Latino, for being different according to them!
I explained it to the manager and he got upset when he heard “racism” he told me that this accusation was very strong, he told me that they had Hispanics working, yes it is true, and how does it change that they never asked the name of the person who made the reservation and so they gave them the table? They only gave them the table when they saw that they were white and that we were “Hispanic”. If that's not discrimination, that's how my daughters, my mother, my wife and I felt.
Or by the way, at the end they gave us a table with eight seats for ten people and offered us cheese sticks, hahaha, what a joke. I very politely told the usher that we were leaving, that we wouldn't be eating there and she with extreme sarcasm and in a very loud voice said: "OK."
Racism, discrimination, classism, whatever you want to call it, that's how we felt at Olive Garden in Bridgewater.

I have been coming to this OG for YEARS and this past year i’ve been visiting like 3 times a month, I order only breadsticks with Alfredo sauce and chocolate milk. Never once have I been dissatisfied. My servers everytime are amazing, and i’ve definitely grown some friendships. I’ve been here so often that as soon as im seated they’ve got my sauce and breadsticks ready for me 🥹. I love this OG and I can’t wait to come here for a million more years to come. The crew and the food are unlike any other restaurant. Amazing 10000/10
