It was a terrible experience on Saturday, 12/6, we waited 30 mins to even get water and someone only came over after 20 mins after I complained.

Gladys was an excellent hostess, exuding confidence and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This enabled us to relax, enjoy our meal, and share many laughs.

Good portions and decent food at decent prices, that wont break your bank. Staff seems enthusiastic and eager to deliver with outmost effort.

Foods was good but obviously not true authentic Italian cooking.
Got endless pasta which comes with soup & salad. Serve was super pleasant and helpful with order and service. She even suggested getting another order of endless pasta, even though we were done, and we took it home as left over. She was great about keeping the bread and salad coming. You can usually eat for a reasonable price if you take advantage of the specials or are a member of their website and get emails about specials. Especially at lunch which is less expensive.

Food was great. But our service was nothing less then disappointing. We had several issues ranging from slight rudness from our waitress and a bit of odd behavior like taking the tablet that was on everyone elses table but apparently couldn't be on ours for some reason until we requested it back. Then we noticed that we were watched a bit more than normal. But what took the cake was there was a huge issue with the bill. Someone else's check was aligned with ours and it took them 30 minutes to fix it before we could even pay. Having a toddler with us who was well behaved until we were forced to wait the entire time didn't make it easier. We weren't offered anything for our patience and barely got an apology for something that wasn't even close to our fault. We understand issues happen but that was outrageous.

Sat at the bar with my fiance and had Obi as our server he was absolutely amazing!! So friendly and welcoming it felt like having dinner with a friend. Will 100 percent be back just to sit at the bar again 🫶🏻

Fantastic. The food was good and the service and staff were absolutely exceptional. A major shout out to our waiter, Obi. He was the absolute best. He made the end our day, which was good even better. What a great personality! Can't wait to dine there again!!!!

Delicious friendly staff

It's exactly how I imagine sitting in a small Italian village restaurant. I highly recommend the tour of Italy as it's the most authentic Italian dish you can get outside of Italy

Julia our server was so nice and sweet. We found out she was a new addition. And she really is a keeper! We had to tell the manager Maria and SHE was so sweet as well. We just wanted a feel good, chill, stick to your ribs dinner. It was really perfect!

service has never been great here. always long even for a party of >5, takes forever, food is nothing special… atmosphere is eh, starting to become pricy aswell. had to remind waitress of drinks 15 minutes after ordering the full meal and then like 35-40 mins of food. wasn’t even that packed either and there were many waiters. nobody said if they were understaffed or warned us about slowness so i’m assuming it’s just bad service (which has been reoccurring the last few times i remember)
