A brightly-lit, clean little shop that the staffers were a bit busy, so took some effort getting in an order, but the crispy shrimp and pork spring roll was good, and the pho dac biet was very good, too. Bubble tea was ok; the bubbles were too sticky to each other so hard to suck up and could only really get the tea. The chicken wings w/ tamarind was ok, and the banh mi was pretty good, too! Very spicy jalapenos.

Pho Today is a chain store these days but service isn't consistent from branch to branch. This location serves reasonable tasty Pho bowls but service is lacking. They appear to be chronically understaffed and dirty tables take forever to get cleaned. Since there are other locations within similar driving distance, we will visit another branch in the future.

Just order the pho with filet in my opinion. I ordered the bun hue and it was gross. A pork trotter that was way under done and gamey as hell, really off putting. The pork chop and rice was good bug unfortunately the one bad dish messed up my meal

Great vietnamese food but I get digestive issues every time because I think they use same cutting board for raw meat and for the 🥗 they include. I always get glas and bloating and some diarea. The pho today in piscataway i dont have the issue.

This has to be some of the best Vietnamese food in this part of Jersey! I've been here with friends a few times and we all leave full and happy. The food is fantastic and the service is great. No alcohol served here, but you can BYOB if you want a drink with your pho or other delicacies. It's definitely worth stopping by this excellent restaurant.

The staff here are very excellent! They work very quickly despite how busy it always is. We really enjoy the broth they use for their pho and it keeps us coming back. Their bùn is pretty good too when we've ordered it in the past! I prefer this location over the others

I clearly asked for a pho bowl asked for pork. They say they don't have pork then I show them. Yall got right here. Dont get me wrong i just opened up the menu and pointed at pork like yall got pork right here. Not saying thats what i want. They bring out sum other shit..... Like dude are you serouse....
