OMG!!!! What a day!!! I had one of their employees throw a soft drink at me while I was sitting in my car for the drive through at the Burger King on Route 202 in Wilmington, DE. When I tried to give the "warm" soft drink back (no ice. ice machine broken), she said "I don't want that!!" and stepped back. I pushed it further into the window and she grabbed it and threw it at me through the window and into my vehicle!!! And the "g.m.", (useless!!) took her stance on the attack!!! Police are involved, now!!Tried to call Rackson and nobody answers. Sent an email...no response.WOW!!! THEY ARE BAD!!!!

I'm a retiree who worked part time for almost 10 years. Once Rackson took over, the morale was low,. No training of GMs and upper management were rarely around.

This is my review as a former employee— I was an assistant manager.Unlike the previous owners of my Burger King, the upper management is hardly ever seen, they don’t help you with any day to day work, they only come around during times of health inspections and stuff like that. Large company that only cares about profit. It’s ironic because their slogan is “people over profit” that couldn’t be further from the truth. Hour cuts more and more every week with an already skeleton crew. I was expected to run the store for the last 2-4 hours of it being open and then close the store with one other person (who barely does any work), at 6 months pregnant. So I closed early every day. Of course these were completely unreasonable expectations and my actions were justified. This company does not give out raises, and to make it worse, hires completely new people at the same rate or higher of the people that have been working there for years. That is the sign of a shady company, and to get away. I’ve seen people work so hard to meet expectations just to still be told it wasn’t good enough for a raise. It’s just really bad. I’ve never seen so many people quit in a short period of time. Also if salary managers work over their 45 hours a week they do not get compensated. They are told to cut their hours elsewhere, which is impossible due to having no managers/staff. I had no choice but to quit. Hope they straighten things out for the sake of everyone still working there.
