Real Fruit Bubble Tea

All the bad reviews match to the same conclusion the older Asian lady. With so many bad reviews saying the same thing why the management doesn’t address this issue ?????

the black haired girl upfront recommended the strawberry and pineapple smoothie and it was so good i usually go to the store in mlp but will come back again.

06/23/25 I went today around 4:00 and asked the girl if I could have some more boba and was met with an eye roll and dismissed. Then my order was put last even though I ordered first. Overall, not great customer service. If boba couldn’t be added a “no sorry” would’ve been sufficient. The person was very rude and it was empty before we even arrived.

The beverage flavors and variety of combinations are delicioso! Wonderful place for a refreshing drink. So goooood!

I usually get the lychee green tea with tapioca pearls and the wait is about 10 mins. The employees cannot seem to be consistent with the taste and the amount of pearls whatsoever. One time I get a super sweet drink with half the cup filled with pearls and the other time I get a super bland drink with maybe 10 pearls. Can do better for sure

I took my 4 years old to take some smoothies and the lady … terrible person. I asked if she speaks Spanish (because I prefer to speak in my native language). She gave me terrible attitude, only in her phone, even she didn’t want to answered my question. She speaks Spanish (cara de india igual q la mía) pero super grosera y prepotente.bad bad…

Staff was very rude. I was the only customer there and asked the girl that was working around 730pm on 10/29 a question about a drink. She was very rude and said she had to help other customers even though they arrived while I was asking the question.

She then switched to Spanish and told the customers that had just arrived to let her know if they had any questions and that she was happy to help them…. It was so incredibly rude and discriminatory.

I proceeded to wait for her to finish making their drink and she then told another customer to step forward who had arrived after me. At that point I left.

Regardless of age and appearance all customer should with respect.

i went to go get boba on sunday and the experience was terrible. long wait, subpar taste, and the girl who served me had an attitude.

We always come here later in the day and no matter what time they took our order. Today I came at 5:40 and they said they aren’t making any slushy or sherbet because they “already cleaned”. Just laziness and not wanting to make it because they closed in 20. Super upsetting

Real Fruit Bubble Tea is a great place! I love the mango diamond slush! Usually there are tons of people working and the long lines love very quickly. The place is kind of small there are a few tables at the end of the shop. But it’s located inside of the mall so I wouldn’t be surprised. The service is usually always good. Except for one time when we went to go get boba. The li e was extremely long but we expected it to die down. But it didn’t we were thee for 15ish minutes jury standing and waiting! Once it finally came to our order we still had to wait for the drinks to be ready! It took an even longer time! There were only 2 people working and one of the girls were new so it took a long time. The person who was supposed to be helping the new girl kept on disappearing and was barely helping!!! When the drink was finally ready the girl who called the drink was so quiet we could barely even hear her!! We spent about. 30 minutes standing and waiting for our drinks to be ready. Other than that long experience everything here is great and I highly recommend coming here for a nice relaxing drink!!

I love this place, last time I went my mango slush tasted a little different, so I went and spoke to this person very politely and told her “I can feel the ice in my drink, it even tasted more like water than mango” she literally snatched the drink out of my hand and THROWED IT INTO THE TRASH AND SAID with a lot of attitude. “Water and Ice” and she turned around, people stared at me, what a shameful moment. After all, I have been a customer of this place for years, my family shops there all the time, I feel like they should train people better. I see that I'm not the only person that has make a review about “attitude” She was the oldest woman of Asian origin. Hopefully she can do better next time, people is not asking for free we’re paying enough money for this drink! But the way she acts was very disrespectful and unprofessional
