This Saladworks is in the food court at the mall, so I was not expecting much. I had the Southwest Chipotle Ranch salad straight off the menu.
The size was appropriate and filling. It was a good experience, given the location.
The staff did a good job of preparing the salad and checking out, however, they did not seem to be happy or engaging. They the motions of their job and not much more.
The meal was tasty and enjoyable. I had a side roll that was warm and fresh.

Overall not good. The manager is rude and just yells at customers about his pricing in front of other customers its just simply in-professional. The food alone isnt worth the money either a cold wrap isnt worth imo. But want really got me to not come back is the customer service i am big on customer service and his energy wasnt giving.

Not good. I had 3 dead insects in my salad and I almost threw up when I saw them. They looked like sesame seeds, but when I looked closer, they very much had faces and wings. I'll never go back there again. I should have taken a photo as obvious proof, but I failed to do that unfortunately. I was just so taken aback by it.
