I recently visited this place and had a disappointing experience. The food was not up to standard; it was overcooked and lacked quality, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Additionally, the customer service left a lot to be desired. Both cashiers and the staff handling food were noticeably rude and unhelpful when I asked for utensils, which made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, with this combination of poor food quality and subpar service, I won’t be returning.

Big upgrade from the food court! And well deserved- these guys always crush it. Pickup, delivery, dine in, doesn't matter! 6/5 stars

There is no good hygiene
we went around dinner time and the experience was fine. the wait was a bit long but it was freshly cooked and tasty.

This review is for the Bridgewater location only I have been at other Sarku locations with good experience. This particular location was not good. They moved to a stand alone location outside the food court. I arrived 11:45am and my chicken teriyaki was cool to room temperature. If if was hot off the grill it should not be cooled. I think it was left over from the previous day. Also I purchased a soft drink. When I went to the dispensing machine it said out of order. The employee told me water only. Why did they sell me a soft drink when it was not available? Very poorly managed location.

They close and lock the doors 30 minutes before their advertised closing time. So don’t say you close at 8pm. Say you close at 7:30pm because you want to close up and go home by 8pm. This is misleading and an inconvenience to your customers who get there 30 minutes before your closing time only to not be let in.
Nothing like the previous one, neither the food nor the service, nothing is the same now I have to travel an hour away to eat a decent dish with the same flavor as always

The food is delicious? and the service attitude of the staff is very good??? The only drawback is that it is too hot to eat in. There is no air conditioning. There is no air conditioning. There is no air conditioning...How can there be no air conditioning! If there is still no air conditioning, I will not choose it again next time. I hope it will be resolved soon. Overall, I am very satisfied, especially the service attitude. ?

This location has horrendous service even at off times. The male employee doing service looks like he's in quicksand and barely able to move. And the you watch them pull Uber or Doordash orders ahead of yours. Ordered at 11:10 and not served until 11:45 is completely ridiculous. Terrible.

We ordered food, waited for 30minutes ended up wrong order and waited again for 5minutes, just ok!?
There’s is a male employee who simply does not listen to you when you order, and does not care about making things right. I clearly told him what I wanted and he gave me something else. Terrible experience with this man, and I will no longer be letting him take my order without assistance from his supervising manager, who is incidentally very sweet.
