Ever since they changed their location to outside the mall and changed the staff, it hasn’t been the same honestly. Nothing against the new staff, they try their best and They do welcome you in and do a great job at taking your order however exporting your order…. Eh. Takes them sometime and sometimes they forget certain side items. I miss being in the line and just picking up your order as it’s being made .

Great location with an easy access parking lot. Loved Sarku Japan back when they were in the mall food court and they are just as good now. The service is as quick as a food court and there are a few tables to sit down and eat. Food is delicious and I will definitely be back!Now for my standard comments as of December 2023. Location is clean and well kept. Tables are few but well distanced from each other. Very comfortable to either grab and go or sit down and eat.
