The girl at the register had no name tag but was very clear about what was what, how much it was, she explained to us the combo and what was included, and the overall service was excellent. The pizza could’ve been more flavorful. My wife loved the garlic bread sticks but I wasn’t a fan.Parking: This is on the 2nd or 3rd level of a giant mall, where parking is definitely dependent on what time you go.

I generally like Sbarro pizza! But recently at Bridgewater mall, Pizza was not heated enough and I had to eat cold pizza. It was a dissappointment. The price was a shocker too...almost $10 for a slice and bottle of water! The staff was more interested in closing the shop than serve the pizza right. "If you do not have time, then say so and be honest with the customer"?Message: Never ever go to Sbarro pizza near the closing time:-(

So overpriced I don’t know where they get the nerve. But there really is nothing like a slice of Sbarro pizza.

So pricey! Almost $10 for a slice of pepperoni and a bottle of water ? I felt like I was at a stadium or amusement park with those prices.

Alright. I would have thought the slices would be bigger for being nearly $5.

The person taking the order was super rude, my pizza was burnt and the person didn’t even pay attention to it. The pizzas were labeled wrong and when I informed the guy he swapped the labels while touching the pizza with bare hands. Never going to eat here again.

Ordered 2 pizzas about an hour ago, one didn't heat up properly. Requested the guys to heat it up again, they put that eaten pizza back in the oven. Part of it fell off in the oven while giving it back to me so they gave me whatever was left. I requested them to replace it and they said they can't. I requested refund, they refused.Who keeps an eaten pizza slice back in the oven? Oven is being used for other customers too. Rather than saying sorry for their mistake, they gave me back partial slice. It's only small amount of money but it's not about that. It's about how you treat customers and how to fix a mistake.Terrible experience!
I typically do not write reviews, however the rudeness of the staff, the strand of hair baked into the cheese of my pizza, and how poorly made the pizza actually was, compelled me to do my due diligence, and write a review after I threw my food away. This is extremely bland pizza with sugary tomato sauce that is gross. Is it just the chain recipe that’s bad, or do these people not know how to make a good pie? Probably both! This “pizza” is made for the trash. Sbarro is located in the food court of Bridgewater Commons Mall. I do prefer quality pizza, so by comparison this isn’t good at all. If you compare Little Cesars or Domino’s to this location, Little Cesars and Domino’s are a much better choice if you’re seeking cheap fast food pizza. DiGiorno is even better. The dough is tough. It’s evident they truly do not know how to make pizza.

This spot obviously knows how to please their clients. Always with a super nice demeanor. The food is conveniently priced, always fresh and neat.
