Some of the most friendly and accommodating staff I’ve encountered at a Shake Shack. And of course the food is goods. The restaurant is always super clean as well.

it's clean, has nice people working there, the food tastes real not that frozen bs, easy to order, they aren't cheap when you ask for extra toppings like once I asked for pickles and they gave me nicely cut pickle slices like a whole container

Our fries came with a huge strand of hair, and instead of addressing the issue properly, the store manager just walked up to us, said ‘It’s awful,’ and left—without even bothering to apologize. Yes, it is awful, and clearly, customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and hygiene are not a priority here. Well done!

I visited Shakeshack on 4/16 and was blown away by the customer service. There was a gentleman who was continiously walking around asking our table (and others) if they needed anything. 5 stars!!

Talking about the Bridgewater location specifically, Andre was 10000% the best. We came in as a party of 5, 3 of them visiting the US for the first time and doesn’t speak any English. He made the experience wonderful, making sure our order was perfect. He even offered us free refills! We’ve truly never experienced something like this at any of the Shake Shack locations. Thank you for your kindness Andre!

Ordered a gluten free grilled cheese sandwich today. When I received the order I saw two slices of cheese sandwiched between the breads. Perhaps should just change the name to “cheese sandwich” instead. Where is the melted cheese? Very disappointed and unacceptable.

The to go food comes in an open bag and opened box. I live 5-8 mins away and by the time I got home my food was cold

Shake Shack never disappoints. Great selection of shakes, juicy burgers and hot dogs, and tart tangy lemonades. They have deals on certain days with a coupon code. Today one of the staff gave me a large lemonade for the price of a small, with free refills. The ambiance is terrific and they play chill music.

This was my first time here and I'm so surprised. It's absolutely delicious. It's not a cheap crappy fast food burger. This is a real quality meat. It was very, very, very delicious and I typically don't eat this kind of food. They were so nice and friendly and we got a puppuccino for our dogs. Highly recommend !!i VERY HELPFUL Friendly staff, clean environment and great food cooked well!!

As Shake Shack has become a well known franchise, I can’t argue anything about the food quality control. Bridgewater Shake Shack does a good job.

Their service was professional. I asked for extra vegetable even after the food served and the kitchen staff gladly cusomized my Shack Burger. I asked for a cup of ice and the staff was kind enough to ask what size cup I want and if I need a lid and a straw.

As for the atmosphere, the TV and music was at pleasant volume and the hall crew kept the hallways, tables, and the waste area clean.

One of the nice Shake Shacks I enjoy visiting.

I tried to order on your app but it again crashed. I had to then order at the Kiosk as there were no support staff members working the registered. The food finally came out and I took it home to eat with my friends. My chicken sandwich was small and so dried out that it flaked like balsam wood, one friend had the other chicken sandwich which was less dry but had a large grizzle vein running thru it making it unpalatable to chew and therefore eat. My other friend at the double burger which was well done to the point that the edges of the burger was hard crusty pellets of meat. The Milkshake (Thai Tea inspired) had a chemical taste and was nothing like Thai Ice Tea flavor. SOOOoo, it was a complete ZERO out of 10 or zero out of 20 or zero our of 1,000,000,000. Parking: Parking is difficult being in a busy strip mall area. It can be a real free for all with patrons for all the establishment parking in no parking zones in front of establishments blocking the roadway and creating a hazard for pedestrians. If you need to walk to your car, BE CAREFUL!!!!!!
