Shake Shack has amazing burgers and fries and the service at this location is very good. The location of this store is such a pain though, being nestled in a tight parking lot that always feels busy.Parking: This is a tight lot that is often busy.Kid-friendliness: This spot is great for kids.
I have only been here a few times, but my experience each time has been the same. The food is decent, the service is typically slow, and it is dramatically overpriced. On the plus side I will say the milkshakes are very good, but not something I will go out of my way for.Edit: Visited again a few days go (February, 2024) for the first time in a few years, and I fortunately not much has changed. The fries were good, but unfortunately the Korean barbecue burger that I ordered was drowning in some kind of sauce that seemed to be mayonnaise-based and honestly left me feeling ill shortly after I left. The diet Coke I received was so watered down it barely had any taste. Finally, I spent almost $40 for my son and I to each have a burger, fries, a shake for him and a soda for me which is outlandish for what you get.No plans to return any time soon.

One of the best Shake Shacks I have been to. Clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the tvs are quiet and there more if you’re lonely with your burger. If you’ve never been to Shake Shack, there’s free cold water, the setting is very New York modern, and there are a ton of variations of burgers and shakes with gluten-free and vegetarian options. Think Five Guys run by a millennial hipster. The only reason it isn’t five stars is because the price is kinda hefty for what you get, but that’s for all Shake Shacks, not here.Vegetarian options: They have veggie burgers and a bunch of options for your vegetarian friends, they won’t be missing outParking: You can park in the back and walk around to the front of the stores. It might be crowded on weekend and it’s a bit of a maze but it’s there, more than can be said for a lot of Jersey.Kid-friendliness: Kid menus, high chairs, and lots of friendly options

My first time at Shake Shack and what a disappointment. The shakes were great, staff was attentive and atmosphere was nice. BUT… the burgers were undercooked!For the amount of money we spent I would expect better food. Definitely not going to a Shake Shack again.
