MY FOOD TOOK FOREVER despite placing a mobile order. no sense of urgency. i was so annoyed
Friendly as you walk in but super slow and understaffed. Spent 20 minutes in line to get to the front for the only cashier to explain he’s not taking orders to step away to take mobile orders.

I ordered in person a small coffee. I stood there for a bit wondering why I hadn't gotten my small coffee right away.....(Only a couple people there before me) Even after the people were given their orders. I was still left standing there waiting for a small coffee! I said something to the guy who took my order and still watched them put me to the side! THEY ARE MORE FOCUSED ON MOBILE ORDERS IT SEEMS! I ORDERED A SMALL COFFEE! Moral of the story is don't go there if you have somewhere to be even if it's a small order!
Fantastic cafe! Great coffee, friendly service, and a cozy vibe.

The lock on the restroom for the customers doesn’t stay locked if someone tries to open the door hard enough. Then the toilet paper dispenser is broken. Meanwhile, there’s a sign across the hallway for the other bathroom to be only for employees. SMH. Reply that you fixed those two things and I’ll throw you five stars because the people that are working behind the counter. At least the one lady the one shorter young lady with the glasses and long hair in a pony tail that is working the register at around 9:30 AM on March 6 is doing an excellent job for customer attention rates.

Great overall, just wish it had space to study.

Why am I waiting 10 minutes for a drink when I’m the only person here and the barista is moving like a snail

I might as well have gone to Panera bread or Dunkin donuts. I held Starbucks at a higher standard because the prices are higher for one and they are a coffee shop for two. I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and a vanilla flavored coffee. They both tasted like coffee that was just sitting in a pot, no flavor. Besides the fact that I waited so long after everyone else was served even though I didn't come in there after everyone else and still had to wait until there were no other customers in the store, by that time, my first drink was not even hot anymore. If you didn't want me to come there just say so.

Service is great. They've recently taken away tables, so there are fewer places to sit or at least only high top tables.

Awful experience. I share so others can avoid the same. Despite ordering 20 minutes ahead of time, my order was still not ready. Due to the proximity to stores, Starbucks was filled with 20 young and unsupervised children.
Do not double park out front to grab your order, either. If it isn’t a quick run in, like it wasn’t for me, you’ll get a ticket or towed from the parking authority in the parking lot.
me and my buddy loved the coffee and drinks here. will be back for more caffiene
