Staff member Ashley was extremely helpful, not only suggesting u try the new drink which was awesome, but serving it fast and with a smile. Also they cleaned the benches just in time for me to sit. Great music here too

The drinks are fine, but wait time for a drink is usually around 25 minutes. The staff are trying their best, but they don't seem to have enough help. It's usually 2 people trying to pump out as many drinks as possible. I hope this will be addressed soon. Kind people, just need some extra help.

This Starbucks location has to be the most friendly staffed location I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been so many like all of us!). They constantly are putting samples of new drinks out for customers to try, always kind, courteous and happy. Such a great environment, well done.. !!

The unprofessional misdemeanor the employees display in this place is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered my order ahead drink 30 minutes prior to arriving and it still wasn’t ready. I waited about 15 minutes in store and it wasn’t ready. While I was waiting the employees were yelling at one another and tensions were so high it was uncomfortable.Please teach your employees proper etiquette infront of customers. Clearly their issues affected their abilities to properly get the job done in a timely manner

I go to Starbucks way more then I check in. A winner every time. Every Starbucks I go to they all greet me with a great big Hello. That must be the protocol and I love it. Never have a hard time there. So many flavorful drinks and options. I also get a ham and cheese croissant and chocolate chip cookie. The best chocolate chip cookie by far!

Despite being busy with the morning rush and onslaught of mobile orders, the crew here were amazing! They took their time putting in our orders without making people feel rushed, they were super polite, and efficient! Major props to everyone here!

This is by far the best Starbucks you’ll ever go to! Staff is absolutely incredible and if you’re a regular they will all become your friends. Drinks are so good and made with care. Starbucks is the Evil Empire done right!!! No matter where you go, even in Timbuktu, Starbuck coffee is consistently good, and hot. Wish you guys brew some of the single origin coffee again. Thanks for the venti every morning, and for the caffeine addiction too!
