The only reason my rating is so low is because their take out was so bad. If I order a bacon cheeseburger, actually put bacon on the burger. It came with nothing but cheese and a horrible tomato. My medium rare burger was very well done. My kid’s chicken tenders were dried out. Horrible for take out. Dining in - very good. But otherwise, don’t bother with the take out. And the take out service ranks up with the food. No one is either there to help or cares that you are standing there. I am being kind giving this 1 star.

This place was next door to our hotel. For some reason, I could've sworn the lady at the front desk said they were connected. Well, they're not. It was a little nippy to walk outside, but I guess it was good to get some fresh air.
I had placed a phone order, and the lady wasn't the nicest. She had demanded I had to pay over the phone, even after I had explained we're at the hotel next door. I provided payment info, and she said it'd be ready in 20.
We were there in about 15 minutes and I saw the food already waiting on the side. A gentleman had helped me and told me I needed to pay still. Annoyed, I explained what happened, and he didn't seem to be phased by what I said or even acknowledged what I said. He handed me my food, said, "Thank you," and just left.
I ordered:

1. Hickory Bacon BBQ burger (medium): The burger was juicy and flavorful.

2. Tap House Meatballs: This was saucy, cheesy, and tender. It was a little too strong and needed bread or something to balance it out.

The food was great. Honestly, I just feel the staff needs to work on their attitude and attentiveness. Just because I'm ordering take-out doesn't mean I shouldn't be treated any differently than people dining in.
Atmosphere wise, it was a little busy. Maybe it was an off day, and it will be better next time? 🤷‍♀️

So loud I could not hear the person sitting across from me. Only tables were on the heated porch outside which was not very appealing. No one came to take our drink orders, so we left for Seasons 52 across the road which was much better.

Came here to have some food and drinks for happy hour after a long day of work. There was 1 bartender working Hiram, who was probably the rudest bartender ever. There were maybe 5 ppl sitting at the bar ( including me and 2 friends). Had the worst attitude from the moment we came in. Took about 20 min to ask for another drink. When I had asked him for a water and a martini it took him about 15 min to get it. He was smiling and being attentive with the other customers but when he would come to us he was rude and not very responsive. Never coming back!

Love us some Tommy's Tavern & Tap. This new Sea Girt location is beautiful. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the food is delicious. Something for everyone!
