The good news: friendly staff, our waiter was super nice. It’s not a huge menu but that’s a plus for fresh food. Better to focus on a smaller selection of fresh dishes than a huge list of subpar. Service wasn’t super fast, but it was the weekend before Christmas and the place was busy. The chips and salsa were fresh, and our entrees were tasty but may have been delayed coming out of the kitchen. Still yummy.
We did order a mixed drink that, unlike the menu description, tasted like window cleaner. I mean, I haven’t actually taken a drink of window cleaner, but it was pretty consistent with what I’d imagine window cleaner tastes like. Asked for something else, which was pretty good. But they charged for the bad drink. We paid, but the experience left a bad taste. Figuratively and literally. The food was pretty good, but the overall experience tipped us toward not returning.
FUN FACT: The guy busing tables was on point, hardest working person there. We saw him make trip after trip, absolutely focused and busy. Give that guy a raise!

Dinner for two on a Tuesday night. 100$ the total bill. No desserts, no appetizers… just two main and 4 house margaritas.
Service slow and not attentive. Did not greet us, did not ask if everything was good through the meal etc etc. Just bad service.
Food average to poor. Makes sense for this place to be under 4-stars and dropping …
We decided not to come back.

A definite eye opener from the moment we walked in was the atmosphere, the choice of chandelier was my personal favorite. Then on to the menu, I do wish there was more variety of food rather than variety of one type of food, but that didn't hinder the fact that the food was pristine. I had ordered a mango ice tea and it was of higher quality than what I was expecting, it had this soothing, natural taste of mango than the usual artificial, and strong taste of mango that doesn't really taste like mango. Finally the food was very flavorful, though, the hardshell tacos that I had were shaped oddly and I found it difficult to bite onto, it was good nonetheless. Service was chill and I appreciated the balance between kindness and energetic. Overall the experience was one to be memorable and I will definitely visit again!

For the second time I've been waiting there for 30 minutes only for the employee to tell me they don't have the order and need to make it now what a joke I'm so upset and tired of having my time wasted and the people working they're don't care whatsoever they think it's a joke
Everything is good except the rice was not fully cooked.

Food was decent however the service was terrible, inattentive to patrons. There were plenty of servers however they were uninterested helping one another out. Far too many options to revisit this place again.

Had another wonderful experience and delicious meal today at Uncle Julio’s! This is our go-to place when at the mall. The food is always tasteful, and the service is always top notch. I love the nacho chips with dips!

The food was awful. No flavor to it and just cheap tasting for a very expensive price.
Nachos like $19? They came out cold and flavorless.
My carnitas was basically chunked meat with no flavor and something like coleslaw sprinkled on top?
Margaritas were okay.
I just can’t believe the price for the taste and quality.

The atmosphere is good, place is very nice. About the food, I had more expectations, nachos were good, but our bowls were not tasty, the cilantro taste didn’t taste as cilantro at all (and it was white), mine bowl didn’t have the avocado escabeche, and the other bowl didn’t have the roasted corn. Service was fine

Went with two children and the server didn’t come for 25 minutes. No water no menu nothing I had to go and complain to the manager and then the manager helped us. It’s a great place but this is always happened. They should really do something about it.

Horrible experience here. Server added unauthorized tip to my credit card which posted a few days later. I call the restaurant to speak to a manager named Ricardo who says he will look into it and get back to me. I give him the date and even time the card was charged. He does not call me back so I call a week later and he says he never took down my number? He then tells me he can't find the charge in the system and to text it to him and he will get back to me. Another week goes back and no call. I call back a THIRD time and he says he's sorry he "forgot to call me" and that he cant find the charge and he needs his General Manager to help him. I sent him a screenshot of the credit card charge and text message alert. This was on 10/31 and now it's 11/19 and it's still not resolved. Be aware the servers at this location will add unauthorized tips and the managers will not help you.
