I have shipped regularly at Weagmans since moving to NJ 7 years ago. I am finding myself having to go to other stores more and more because Weagmans is starting to exclusive carry only their brands. Choice and variety of products has diminished. Many of the products they make I have had to return because they just aren't up to my standards. They have been blaming it on the supply chain. Those days are over! I can find the products at all the other grocery stores in the area. So sad that I can't do here as much.

I have been going to to shop for all my regular and holidays food preparations, but lately I have been forced to go to the local shoprite as this store is consistently out of basic items. Fhyllo dough was the latest item I had to drive to another shop to buy. Over the last year there has been a steady decline in the overall cleanliness, availability of basic items that other store will have.

I got a nice piece then spied a trsy of Skate.
I love skate but only get it infrequently at fine Italian restaurants. But it is rarely offered.
Spoke to the fish monger and he said to try it “piccatta”.
I did! And it was AMAZING!

You know I wouldn’t complain normally however the store clearly needs help . Service is poor I know someone that applied has kitchen knowledge ect and still crickets I don’t get it you need help but when people try to apply you don’t hire what’s the problem.

Ordered apples from the store..it was too shiny and after washing with hot water the whole wax came out.. tried raising a complaint, was supposed to receive a call instead received a $5 credit.. point is not about the money but the poor quality product that you are feeding to your customers

The staff were entirely rude,no compassion...being told an item was over there somewhere....another staff member annoyed b/c I asked him where 3 different items were....the way their aisles are set up is confusing I walked around in circles...cashier WAS EXTREMELY RUDE threatened to have me escorted out....I only stepped ON the red line...i was out of sorts where we had to stand,it was not intentional. It's great that we can get groceries delivered and I completely understand supply issues. But... I don't understand why Wegman's employees think it is acceptable to pick a badly bruised bunch of bananas and squishy avocados for a customer. I might be able to salvage chunks of bananas to equal half of the bunch. I just got about half an avocado out of 2 avocados. I guess I have to specify that I don't want overripe, damaged, bruised, squishy, etc for each produce item. I can't wait until I can shop there and pick out my own fruits and veggies. And it sucks that I can't get a single person on the phone so they know what is getting sold.

They just had someone arrested for forgetting to ring something up at the register... the person forgot something on the bottom of their cart. Which is an honest mistake... but wow did they (Wegmans security) make a scene... I was embarrassed for the person...Will NEVER shop here again after seeing that fiasco!
