The gym I spent $19 for a drink and a turkey bacon and cheese with extra turkey bacon. Only to receive three slices of bacon on my sandwich, not happy about that also customer service is really big with me and first impression means a lot when it comes down to people working at the front counter. Been coming here for years and this maybe the last time I ever step foot into this place.

I went in with a coworker and an adult with special needs and she was shockingly rude from the moment we stepped in about what table we chose to sit at and asking for a minute to decide what to order. When I told her I wasnāt ready to order and to take care of the other customer first, she said āhow long does it take to figure out what to order?ā Uhhhh what??
I was too turned off to get anything, which didnāt matter bc she never asked me what I wanted and instead shook the bag of my groupās food at me to pay. I asked her what the problem was, and that we were clearly here taking care of someone and we needed time to figure out our order. She said āwell Iām trying to clean and do things tooā
To add hilarity to the situation, each table has a sign on it to outline ābagel etiquetteā to customers which is an actual rant written by the 5 year old āel jefeā of the place.

I have never been treated more poorlyā¦ The older blonde woman was so nasty/rude that we actually walked out without purchasing anything - and when I said, this is no way to do businessā¦ Her reply wasā¦whatever! Good luck staying in business when thereās literally 10 other better local places to get bagels and be treated with respect.

The young kid that works the cash register shouldnāt be dealing with the public.
First I call in and order and he was insanely rude then just hung up on me mid sentence.
I go to pick up the food and after telling him my order he just stared at meā¦ no responseā¦ I repeated and he just stared moreā¦ I asked if something is wrong and he said āspeak louderā¦ I canāt hear youā¦ā.
The food was āblehā as well, there was about a pound of salt on each sandwich.
