One of the last truly family owned bakeries. Joyce and her son Ray do a great job running the place! The carrot cake is easily the best carrot cake I have ever had, and it’s super easy to ruin my diet when they make the carrot cake cupcakes!

This bakery is the BEST. We had our wedding cake made here. Over the years we stop in regularly and pick up some goodies to take home. Cakes, cookies, cupcakes, pies,bread, etc. all made fresh. I am eating a large chocolate chip cookie as I text this.

This place is the Best! The owners are the sweetest and always very accommodating with helping us plan for our special events. I grew up from childhood until my early adulthood frequently visiting & ordering cakes and pastries from Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken. They don’t call Buddy Valastro The Cake Boss for nothing. His cakes were always amazing. Cameo Bakery runs a very close second. Always super fresh and absolutely delicious. I’ve been ordering from them for about 13 years. They never disappoint. One of our family favorites is the carrot cake. Truly all of the cakes & pastries are just yummy!

I got a 30th birthday cake from this place & shared a couple ideas & allowed them to be creative with it. They did amazing !! The inside had a layer of strawberries too!!

Our wedding cake came from Cameo. It was amazing! It was everything I wanted on our wedding day, beautiful, light and incredibly delicious! I highly recommend Cameo for anyone who is looking for a bakery for their wedding cake.

They made a delicious cake for my daughter's birthday. I was running around that day and never picked up the cake before closing. They called me and waited after hours, so my daughter wouldn’t be disappointed. We are very grateful.,They went over and beyond! Thank you.

I stopped to buy a few things for the weekend. I purchased a few cupcakes and lemon meringue tarts. What a disappointment. The cupcakes were stale, dry, and like lead. The lemon meringue tarts were awful; the meringue was gummy instead of light and fluffy and the lemon filling was too thick and tasted like canned pie filling or something from a box. Everything I purchased seemed to be on the shelf too long.To make matters worse, the owner was complaining to me about having to work in her hot kitchen on a humid day. All in all a very unpleasant experience. With so many good bakeries in the area I have no need to ever go back and waste my money in this shop again.

Fantastic birthday and occasion cakes!! Made to order, beautiful and delicious, and an excellent value to boot. I was a lifelong fan of another local bakery (starts with "M")...but now I won't be getting our cakes anyplace but Cameo.??
