Service was great, from the time we sat down all the way through our visit. We had a variety of seafood meals including, scallops, tuna and salmon. Each dish was delicious. The quality of the seafood was excellent.

Wonderful ambiance and delicious food. A good variety of food choices. Very good service too! The only thing I would suggest is to please give more than one asparagus and one carrot for my accompanying vegetables to my entree.

Went night before Valentine's. Got a great table. Our server, Jason, was fantastic; friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. Food was amazing, as usual. The special, "Chatham Cod Casino" was beyond delicious. Excellent experience.

Love Shipwreck Grill. Never disappointed whether we are having dinner or just sitting at the bar. Delicious food, excellent service, comfortable ambiance. Had oysters for our appetizer, scallops and halibut entrees. Finished by sharing the goat cheese cheesecake. Will return soon!

My husband and I love a good date night and have been wanting to try this place for so long but always seemed to forget about it! We fell in love with this place tonight- the food was so fresh and delicious. We ordered the seafood salad, sea bass special and gnocchi. Every dish was flavorful, served hot and clearly fresh to order. Please do yourself the favor and come here. The atmosphere really sealed the deal its fancy but not rich brielle snobby fancy - music, people enjoying their time and talking and just a fantastic vibe. Our waitress was a sweetheart and very attentive. The nay sayers just have nothing better to do but complain.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available!

Top notch dining experience at the Jersey Shore and one of the best around. Our server Megan was nice, attentive and helpful — all with the right balance and at the right times. Food is well-prepared, well-presented and....most importantly - outright delicious. For appetizers, we had the shrimp cocktail and chopped salad with escarole, arugula, romaine lettuce and shrimp. For one entree, We had the filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes and side of the best creamed spinach I've had in a long time! The other entree was their halibut which was AMAZING. For dessert, If you are looking for a dessert that will change your life.....the profiteroles at Shipwreck Grill are the change you seek...and the change you need.... We had a champagne toast which was delicious and a heavy pour which made the Mrs. very happy which made me happy. She was even happier after I handed over my champagne flute after my 2 sips. All for a reasonable price. Looking forward to going back very soon.

My experience was awful at shipwreck, it was extremely loud and overcrowded, late to sit us down. Couldn't find waitresses they are overworked ! One waitress was drunk with the table next to me. I will never go back and it is a shame because I loved this place. Also no one was nice ! Isn't there nice people anymore they work in restaurants. It's like they are doing you a favor.

We've had dinner seated at a table this time but also enjoy dining at the bar, which boasts excellent service-ambiance. Great cocktails (love the Fiddler's Green) and enjoyed lamb meatball appetizer. Cod entree special was very good. Our server was attentive but didn't rush us through our dinner. A bit pricey depending on what you order but highly recommend, particularly for a special occasion.

Really enjoy this restaurant. Great location. Nice ambiance, always busy, and lively. Server Jason was great - always smiling, personable and checked on us at the right times. Drinks were very good - Shipwreck Old Fashioned and the Poinsettia. Halibut is a favorite, the Lobster Gnocchi was wonderful! Can't wait to return.

Have eaten here many times before and have previously considered it one of the best meals at the shore. Tonight I was very disappointed. The food though good, was not as exceptional as it has been in the past. Also there was a massive disconnect between the dining room and the kitchen. Though when we sat down they had only 12 tables filled, after we finished our appetizers, it took 45 minutes before our entrees appeared. Though there was plenty of help up front, there appeared to be only 3 people in the kitchen and we were told they had a big table whose order held the entire kitchen and all the other diners up. Considering their prices with tip, it was close to $200 for two of us and we only had one drink and no desserts (didn't want to chance another long wait). This level of service is unacceptable.

My husband took me to Shipwreck last night for my birthday and the food was A+++. We had oysters, shrimp cocktail, the seared tuna and halibut and I would highly recommend all of it. The only downside was the service. We had a female server who was so gruff and grumpy with us, I literally said to my husband “I think she hates us” after she left our table. She left us sitting for 15mins before greeting us and she never said her name nor offered an apology for keeping us waiting. She never smiled at us one time, and we felt like we were annoying her just by ordering our food. She had larger tables around us and she seemed a lot more cheerful with them, maybe because she was going to make more money from them? We couldn't figure it out but she put a big damper on our evening. It's a shame to have food at such a high level and service you wouldn't even expect at a greasy diner.

On our first time visit we were welcomed in a fully packed and very loud bar area. We were seated in the dining area and that was very noisy as well. Oysters were excellent. Everyone liked their entree. I had halibut which was very good though slightly overdone for my taste. The noise aside, it was a nice meal.
