Andre’s came through in less than 24 hours to host our monthly dinner group of 27 people and it was FABULOUS in every way. Cannot believe the attention to detail and accommodations we received as well as delicious food made to order and excellent service.

Terrible communication. We asked the server to cancel part of our order (salmon) and it still came out, which we asked to return. We were waiting for food 40 minutes. At the end of dinner manager came out and just presented us with the to go box with salmon which we paid for but didn’t take with us.

Over priced, bland food. The best part of our experience was the young man bussing tables. He was kind and courteous. Our server was busy with everything else but being our server. It was 4:30 and the place was empty so we should have been her top priority.

This place has become a tourist location. The quality of the food does not represent the high prices charged. You order chicken parm, get a choice of soup or salad but no pasta choice. I waited for my Caesar grilled chicken salad while everyone else received their dinners piece meal and it never arrived. No accommodations were made for this oversight. Seems to be a common practice. When the winter season comes in maybe the attention to detail and caring for the customers will return. Certainly not fine dining.

Came here for the first and last time today. We called ahead and made a reservation for 6. They told us to arrive in 20 minutes. We arrived in 15 and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes even though there were dozens of tables open. When we asked the Hostess why we were waiting we were told that kitchen was backed up because they were understaffed. After finally being seated, we were informed that we could only order soups, salads, drinks and pizza. Don’t advertise being a restaurant and have a full dinner menu if you can only be a pizzeria. Also the kitchen was under staffed but they had 10-15 waiters and waitresses standing around with nothing to do. We ordered 3 soups and 2 salads and 3 pizzas. The soups were obviously poured from a can, heated up and served. When the pizzas came out they had screwed up the toppings on 2 of the 3. This pizzeria is painfully not ready for Prime time. Get rid of some waiters and waitresses and hire some chefs if you want to keep any clients. You should go to Cordivari’s or Brigantine Bistro if you’re looking for good service and great food.

I feel compelled to address the response to a review a few days ago. I was part of the same party asked to wait due to staff shortage in the kitchen. Since the chef is a personal friend of my family I gave him and this restaurant the benefit of the doubt. But to say that the full menu was offered all evening is simply not true. We were handed menus when we were finally seated and at that time we were told we could only order beverages, soups, salads and pizza. If we were told when we first arrived that this was the case, we could have gone somewhere else. The staff was evasive and waited to tell us about the limited menu until we were seated. I understand you did the best you could with what you had, but overall for us it was a very disappointing experience. Soup was basically a can of garbanzo beans with a tiny bit of broth. Pizzas were good but as noted the toppings were messed up on 2 of 3. Hire more chefs!! And be honest and transparent with your patrons.

Great food! Our server Patrick was great. We had the tuna and the seafood pasta special- the pictures do not do it justice bc I told them mid meal! They make you feel like family. The past was plenty big enough to share - we were 3.

This place is amazing. They have caring people who work there and aren't afraid of a challenge. We showed up before the bartender and they were able to make my drink with a team of people. They were able to make a delicious drink and then apologized on the wait. We didn't wait at all. They were the best!

Reading the other one star reviews, it's like a mirror image of my experience at this restaurant. We waited at the bar for about 40 minutes to get seated, even though we saw plenty of available tables.
After we were seated our waitress took our order and we didn't see her again for about 45 minutes. No one came to refill our drinks, check on us or apologize for the wait. After we flagged down the waitress, our appetizer came out about 20 minutes later followed almost immediately by our dinners. No apologies, nothing comped or discounted.
When I spoke to the manager on our way out, she basically gave me the excuse of "Hey, we're busy...what do you want us to do?".
