Cordivari's Restaurant

As a new resident to Brigantine, we wanted to find a local Italian restaurant. After our first visit, we knew Cordivari was the perfect place to dine! The staff is amazing and makes you feel like family. The food is very good and their prices are reasonable. We have returned numerous times over our first year here in Brigantine and always look forward to a lovely evening. Thank you for providing a wonderful dining experience!

This place deserves 10 stars. First time I came here and when im Brigantine again I will definitely be back. JAKE was exceptional. He helped made the night he was personable, have not had a server like that in YEARS. On top of that food was OUTSTANDING I cant remember the last time I ate an app sode salad and 90% of my pasta meal EVERYTHING was amazingly portioned and light and delicious I will recommend this to family and friend I CANT WAIT TO COME BACK

The absolute worse homemade pasta I've ever eaten.The salad might have had dressing but it was flavorless and the ice tea was horrendous.

My husband and I have been going to Cordivari’s for many years, and needless to say, we absolutely love it. But I’ll admit—I especially love it when Jimmy makes his Osso Bucco. Tonight was one of those nights! As soon as I walked in, Toni greeted me right away with a smile and a playful, “Guess what the special is tonight?” That moment alone made my day.

And the Osso Bucco? Perfection. Melt-in-your-mouth tender, rich, and flavorful in every bite—the kind of dish that makes you stop mid-conversation just to savor it. The sauce was beautifully balanced, the meat cooked to absolute perfection, and the whole presentation felt like a special treat. It reminded me exactly why Cordivari’s has become such a staple for us over the years—not just the consistently amazing food, but the warm, welcoming people who make every visit feel like home. This is why we keep coming back.

This BYOB serves up delicious food in a cozy environment. Our server, Nick, was friendly and knowledgeable. The pasta is homemade and was light and tasty. The marinara was fresh, bright and chunky. Delicious! Husband enjoyed his Pollo Melanzana, like a chicken parmigiana with added eggplant. It was so large he took some home with him. I had the Pollo Princessa, a tender chicken breast in a delicious white cream sauce topped with asparagus and lump crab meat. So good!! This place is a hidden gem.

What a wonderful find!!! The food is phenomenal! Fresh pasta and big portions. A salad to start the meal like an old Italian restaurant. I had the papardelle abuzzi. So so good. My wife had the chicken parm. So good and huge! Our friend Jack Kennedy had his wines here. Just go.
