I stopped by the Dunkin in Brigantine to try the Strawberry Daydream Refresher and to grab the free donut that came with the reusable mini donut tote bag. The service was very fast and efficient, and my order was accurate, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the Strawberry Daydream Refresher wasn’t quite for me—it had a very medicinal, cough-syrup-like taste. The donut I received was also a bit stale, which was disappointing.
The store itself was generally clean, though there were some supplies organized out front rather than stored away, which stood out a bit. Staff were efficient, but a little more friendliness would have gone a long way.
Overall, I do think the experience was worth the price, and I would go back if needed—though it might not be my first choice. Reasonable option if you’re in the area and want something quick.

Bagel was old and cold ask to toast twice. The bagel .Ask for milk in my hot chocolate and I didnt get it! I waited and waited before any of the 3 employees acknowledge us..I shouldve left.

My boyfriend and I went in for an iced coffee. It was made wrong and when he went back inside to ask for it to be remade the woman (who didn’t make the order) started arguing it was right. Even after it being remade it was still terrible the afternoon here is absolutely terrible.

Avoid this dive! They have broken down equipment on the property with no sign indicating out of order. Owner of this run down place refuse to give me a $1.50 back just to make me a happy customer so I will never come to this place again and I were you I'd do the same.

First the place was not busy but it took someone forever to come and ask what we wanted did not have a big variety of donuts since they didn't have the donut I wondered I settled for something else it was all right I got the vanilla Coolatta it was just all right I have had better

Well where do we start off ... I walked in was looking to see what I wanted. The guy at the register was very rushy. I told him just give me a min please. He said I am very busy I have other things to do. I said I'll let you know when I'm ready. When I was ready I approached him . He took my order and I had a gift card. 2 ladies walked in at that point but I was the only customer in the store . For some reason my gift card wasn't scanning. Then he smirked and said it's not working you know I have people "paying customers behind you". So I will just take the $3 off . So now it's only $10. What the heck is that supposed to mean!!! Well hello?! I'm paying customer too! You didn't give me my order for free. Now did you?! Also donuts were super super stale! I threw them all out. They were gross!

Admittedly, I had little intention of visiting this Dunkin during my recent Brigantine stay but was glad I read deserved positive reviews! The gas station is defunct-it’s solely a Dunkin establishment. Parking is a little wonky because of the decommissioned gas pumps but the atmosphere inside is a clean, well run, friendly, Dunkin. I was pleased and I’m a Dunkin connoisseur! This is what your momma meant when she taught you “don’t judge a book by its cover”.
