We were very disappointed in your service and order. I wish I had not left a tip when paying in full online.
Order was promised for 630. Which was important as we were on a tight schedule.
My husband got there at 625..sandwich was sitting there..he was told Pizza was not ready. 645 he asked how much longer.. finally the Pizza was found with wrong name..
If he had not asked he might still be waiting
No apologies were given.
Pizza and sandwich were Luke warm. Very very disappointed..especially in service and lack of acknowledgement.

Best pizza on the island. Had a catering company cancel my order at the last minute and mchughs was able to help me feed a hungry bunch at the hospital in a pinch. Will definitely be ordering again soon!

Seriously? Where’s the pizza. Just got delivered paper thin dough with some cheese. And it’s cold !

Thus place has a decent meatball sub. I tried the local bread option, curious to compare to the philly roll. Their curly fries were ok, they turned literally rock hard when they cooled a little though.
Order food to be be delivered,they were very patient and helpful.And made sure order was what I wanted.prices were very reasonable.
Good food, cash only.
Not only was it extremely difficult to place an order over the phone with their loud music in the background, apparently they just make your sandwiches the way THEY want. Don't bother to call and have it addressed, they just laugh and snicker at you. Apparently it's a privilege to be able to eat from there, not a choice.

My wife grew up in Brigantine. Every trip home includes a trip to Primo. It's not fancy, but it's good. It's cash only, but there's an ATM on site.
