The best ice cream we have ever had! Must visit!

Im really disappointed, I asked for a grilled chicken club and got a piece of chicken with a tomato and lettuce... no sauce, no bacon. So annoyed! My fries are hard as a rock, I got milkshakes that had ice cream poor down the side. I literally had to clean the ice cream of the side of my cup and off the counter before I could handle it... I swear I have to check my order if I ever go there again.

Walked here on Sat evening on Labor Day weekend. They had all windows open and lines at each, which were moving slowly.

The ice cream was worth the wait… creamy and smooth. They have several flavors of soft serve that you can mix. I had strawberry and vanilla…

I have to say that the ladies that work here work very hard to keep the lines moving. Very busy. So many different options. Worth the wait

I hot veey sick here. Bad diarrhea after eating a small portion of a no sugar added ice cream.

I ordered a “blaster” with brownie pieces and the whole thing was completely melted, dripping everywhere and totally inedible. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be like this or if some mistake was made, but I had to throw it away. I was expecting something more like a blizzard. Very disappointed to waste $9 on something I couldn’t even eat.

I was born and raised on the island. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. 15 bucks for a banana split . 5 bucks for a kiddie cone . Brigantine should run you off the island.

Best place on the island for ice-cream! I grew up going there, took my daughter too on our first beach trip. Unfortunately my ice-cream was melting faster than I could eat it so on a hot day I would recommend a bowl rather than a cone. In that sense I read wish there was a hand wash station lol

This is an amazing place with a beautiful array of choices for anyone looking for ice cream desserts. That being said, portions are just too big. The kiddie cup is bigger than an adult size small abroad. I myself had a delish single soft serve cone and tossed most in the garbage after being plenty satisfied with less than half of what they provided. I would be a repeat customer, otherwise!

Usually have Richman's before we head back home after a day at the beach. Nomally very good. Not so today, ordered a hand dipped banana split. Banana and toppings were fine but ice cream tasted as though it had melted and was re-frozen. Scoops also small. Not what you expect for $15.
Hopefully just an off day but not worth the money today.
