CARNE ASADA -STEAK
CARNE ASADA - STEAK Carne asada, which in English means "Grilled meat," is beef steak. For this Mexican dish, steaks are marinated in lime juice and seasonings, flame grilled, and then sliced into strips. Served Medium-Medium Well. Please go to Preferences if you would prefer rare or well done.
CARNITAS - PORK SHREDDED
Carnitas is a Mexican dish of pork that's been braised with seasonings until tender, then shredded. The name "Carnitas" translates to "Little meats" in Spanish.
TINGA CHICKEN
Tinga - "Tinga de pollo" is a Mexican dish made with shredded chicken in a sauce made from tomatoes, chipotle chilis in adobo, and sliced onions.

Fresh Chicken Tenderloin, Marinated and Flame Grilled.

I had no idea they had pizza and wings too! Noted for next visit, bc there WILL be a next visit! These MTO tacos really hit the spot, served up with chips and salsa, the value is incredible! My little got hard shell beef with lettuce and cheese, and I got mahi soft shells with beans & rice, pica de gallo, and lime ranch sauce that was *chefs kiss* soooo good! This place really gives Chipotle a run for their money! Everything was flavorful and fresh. The rice bowls and burritos were both very good. I’d recommend the carnitas or the ground beef. The corn salsa was also delicious. Will definitely be back when we’re craving Mexican food on the island!
