Took the straw out the paper wrapper and the straw was covered with mold. So gross. I’m glad I noticed before sticking it into my cup.

We orders and it was great the person was nice and kind and everything! But when the food came we got a plain bagel with cream cheese instead of bagel bacon egg and cheese. Then we also ordered a crossaint sausage egg and cheese and we didn’t even get it.

They gave my little brother a stained cup and when I found out the drink didn't taste the same the prices are unbelievable you have for a cup 32 cents for a small strawberry dragonfruit refresher 4.04$ this place is the most hated in my opinion

Today was the 2nd time I arrived for coffee between 6am - 7am. On both occasions the gentleman preferred to stay on his phone and get my order incorrect. No service to the customer only his phone. Management needs to review the cameras.

They seem like they sometimes just don't care if they get your order completely wrong when you're paying over $5 for a cup of coffee. Sometimes it's good but more often than not, I find myself disappointed, even though I always order through the app so I put in exactly what I want. Consistency would be great.

i went to get a sweet tea and i’m the bottom of the cup was something dark and floating in my tea. i went back in to tell them about the drink and the girl didn’t notice me for a good 15 minutes. after she remade my drink there were still floaties in my drink. and i’ve never had an issue before. the girl at the counter also doesn’t know how to make anything or where anything is i noticed just on how she was looking around not knowing what to do

Went to my local dunkin today in Browns Mills. I love getting my ice coffee. The lady at the window never seem to get my order correct, after countless times of telling her the flavor that I want in my coffee. Maybe it's time for a replacement at the window or put someone there that understands.
