Vanilla bean ice cream was good. Coke float was alright, after mixing it. Sherbet was, solely in my opinion, inedible. It, the sherbet, tasted of processed granulated white sugar, chemical food coloring dye, and freezer ice

Avoid the sherbet. I had three spoons then threw out the $5+ treat, which made me 😔 Try the Vanilla bean.

I was having my whole family for brunch Sunday morning I have heard so much about this place I decided to go there and get a dozen bagels at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday morning they had a nice assortment and the girl that helped us was very nice the disappointment was that we bought their vegetable cream cheese... my dad also brought half a dozen bagels and cream cheese from a place by them in Ocean County and their cream cheese was actual cream cheese with vegetables my cream cheese from K&B Bagels was an odd texture as if someone had added sour cream so I looked at the ingredients and saw that it was made with guar gum some other kind of gum and some other ingredients I couldn't pronounce... very very disappointing I immediately threw it away. Not only would I not want to eat that I def would not want to serve that to my family. I can get cream cheese filled w garbage at any Dollar General or probably even the dollar store but going to a bagel shop I don't expect to get that kind of garbage. I expect to get cream cheese with vegetables. I will not be back there the next time I'll go to a bagel shop where I can get bagels and also just cream cheese. It is so hard to just eat regular good food anymore without all the cheap fillers and chemicals. I don't mind paying for good food but I do mind paying for garbage being passed for good homemade food.

Trust me when I say this, these people go above and beyond for their business; they have a JAWS pinball machine to entertain their guests! Some staff also come late hours to prepare FRESH HOMEMADE bagels for the morning of! They always make sure their food is the best quality. If you want an exceptional dining experience from a bagel shop, this is the one to go to! Most bagel shops do not make their own homemade bagels every night! This is the best quality you’re getting.

Every time I go, I get excellent customer service. the staff is considerate and caring. The food is delicious and there are so many choices. I’ve also made special request and they have did there best to accommodate me and my family.

This place because of the ambience I would give it a 5 star however I have had multiple passive aggressive experience from the girl that works the register in the morning. Her attitude is not welcoming and it has truly impact the thought of me not going here again. I’ve read quite a few of the comments and most of the negative comments have been attacked by the person in charge of response which shows the lack of professionalism. Almost a form of cyber bullying. I understand that everyone there has a specific job and they do open early in the morning but having some sort of kindness and politeness instead of greeting customers with the harshness in the morning is terrible for business. I didn’t want to write this review but after about the 4th experience with the cashier I’ve had it. Treat people kind be pleasant to them and they will continuously bless you.
