Trust me when I say this, these people go above and beyond for their business; they have a JAWS pinball machine to entertain their guests! Some staff also come late hours to prepare FRESH HOMEMADE bagels for the morning of! They always make sure their food is the best quality. If you want an exceptional dining experience from a bagel shop, this is the one to go to! Most bagel shops do not make their own homemade bagels every night! This is the best quality you’re getting.

Every time I go, I get excellent customer service. the staff is considerate and caring. The food is delicious and there are so many choices. I’ve also made special request and they have did there best to accommodate me and my family.

This place because of the ambience I would give it a 5 star however I have had multiple passive aggressive experience from the girl that works the register in the morning. Her attitude is not welcoming and it has truly impact the thought of me not going here again. I’ve read quite a few of the comments and most of the negative comments have been attacked by the person in charge of response which shows the lack of professionalism. Almost a form of cyber bullying. I understand that everyone there has a specific job and they do open early in the morning but having some sort of kindness and politeness instead of greeting customers with the harshness in the morning is terrible for business. I didn’t want to write this review but after about the 4th experience with the cashier I’ve had it. Treat people kind be pleasant to them and they will continuously bless you.

I have always had a great experience here usually only get the bagels to go and they are almost always great. -1 star due to being out of certian bagels at 8:30am and the last time I went some bagels were over done and way thinner then usual. Disappointed but will be back, just assuming it was an off day. Update: Went back a few times since posting. Went back today and some of the bagels ordered seemed to be way overcooked. I order bagels loose so it wasn't like they over toasted it they overcooked it. Very disappointing to see when opening the bag after getting home.
Just moved in the area a few months ago and tried this lovely establishment for the first time this morning. Got a coffee and a Asiago bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and a cold brew with Carmel and oat milk. Best bagel I’ve had in years! The coffee was out of this world! Very affordable too! The atmosphere was super cute a bunch of tables to eat in. Highly recommend! This will be our new Sunday spot for sure! Support small instead of dunkin or wawa!

We had to wait an hour and a half for 6 sandwiches, hash browns and coffee. The bagels were running low and they continued to take small walking orders before working on our order. By the time it was time for our order, they ran out of the bagels we wanted. The cashier lied to us about the bagels we were getting, we ended up with mostly plain bagels instead our original order. When someone places an order, those specific bagels should be placed to the side for that order... Not given out to people who ordered later.
