The food at this place DOES NOT MISS. I had the curry goat, curry shrimp, rice n beans, and cabbage. I was scraping the last grain of rice off the plate! The price point is VERY within budget and it’s less than 10 minutes from the base. It’s inside a bar so if you see the bar you’re at the right place. lol

This was my first and last experience at island taste fusion. I order a jerk chicken with white rice and cabbage. I literally had zero to no chicken on my plate mostly skin and sauce…rice was slightly over cook I would have ate it but I had no chicken to eat it with. Only good thing about the plate was the cabbage the cabbage was a 8/10 everything else was terrible

The first time I went my food was great. Went today and my brown stew chicken was old , rice and peas was extremely hard after I asked him if my food was fresh & hot ! NEVER TF AGAIN IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY
Great Jamaican food! Made to order as well. The owner Max is a really great guy and can tailor your meal the way you prefer as long as you call in advance! Highly recommend for a great lunch or dinner.
We live about 45 minutes from Island Taste Fusion but today is my husbands birthday and the ONLY thing he wanted was their delicious brown stew chicken so we took the ride. I tried the j*** chicken this time and if you ask me it was even better than the brown stew. The rice, cabbage and plantain could be meals on their own. We waited for the woman working the eatery to cook it while we sat at the bar, and then she delivered our meals to the bar in takeout containers so we could start our meal there and then finish the huge portions off when we got home. I cannot recommend this place enough. It's very clearly the product of love and expertise. The atmosphere is not fancy at all (it's just a stall alongside a small local dive bar) but the food is top notch and wonderfully priced.

We did a quick Google search for nearby restaurants and this precious gem came up. So…location may throw many off but don’t be fooled by the looks. The gentleman that took care of us was wonderful and as we were leaving he assured us that we will be back - guess what, we will. The food was DELICIOUS?. Our co-workers will follow-up tomorrow. I had the oxtail and my co-worker had the j*** chicken. The j*** chicken was spicy and delicious as well so if you’re willing to try this place out due come & support this business owner??
