My sandwich was made by the manager Tim. I appreciate the way he didn't just pick any of the ingredients on my sandwich. He actually choose the best looking tomatoes and peppers. It's refreshing to know he took the time to make my sandwich as if it were his own.

Reading is obviously not a skill these workers have here! My order is almost always wrong when I do online pickup im not sure where the disconnect is between the paper with the order and them making a sandwich the way it is clearly printed out on the page!! Very frustrating it is a very low level skill to mess up!!

This Jersey Mikes used to be so horrible, it was always dirty, had a fly problem by the soda fountain, and the pick up orders were never ready. I don't know what has changed (new staff???) but its a complete 360 turn-around from before. The folks are pleasant, the food is fresh, the location is clean, and the orders are ready! Really significant improvement and I'm glad to be able to put Jersey Mikes back into our dinner rotation on busy sports nights!

Above and beyond is how I describe this business. We needed a platter of sandwiches sent to our family that had just experienced a loss, but we lived to far to pick it up and deliver it ourselves. This business does not have a delivery service but after hearing our situation and circumstances Tim offered to bring it there for us when he got off of work. Not only did he deliver the sandwiches for us, he also added a box of cookies for free. There is nothing I appreciate more than good customer service and I would consider this outstanding customer service. The family appreciated the sandwiches as they were grieving and did not need to worry about something to eat. The sandwiches were amazing, but most importantly the time Tim took to make sure they had them was what set them apart from the rest. I highly recommend supporting this local business, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Tim.

We had a death in the family and we were trying to no avail to get subs delivered to the house. I thought I would try Jersey Mikes in Netcong even though they didn’t mention anything that they deliver. I called and spoke with Tim. Tim told me that yes, they don’t deliver. I told him that we had a death in the family and I was far and I couldn’t get anyone to deliver subs to the house. WELL….. Tim said listen, I get off at 2 and I would be happy to drop them off for you!! I told him how wonderful he was and how much I really appreciated it. I tried to tip him for going above and beyond and being such a great person but he wouldn’t hear of it. He took my order for 2 sub boxes. He then called me back to suggest they don’t put the oil and vinegar on them but would put them on the side (great idea) so they don’t get soggy. He also then threw in a box of cookies. Let me tell you…… I haven’t run into customer service like this in a very long time if ever!!! What a wonderful person with a big heart!!! You can’t teach that you either have it or don’t and Tim has it in spades!!! What an asset to have!!! I hope that one day he owns his own business because he obviously treats where he works like he owns it himself!!! I really can’t thank Tim enough and because of him I will certainly go to Jersey Mikes wherever I am. Thank you Tim!!!! You made a very sad situation a little better with your heart and kindness that will not soon be forgotten!!!

You ever think with all the money jersey Mike's makes they would ever consider hiring a person to make the online orders??? The wait time I notice for people just walking in is usually atleast 5 to 7 minutes BEFORE they even take your order......because YEP they are SO BUSY Doing ONLINE ORDERS they DON'T EVEN have TIME to take your ORDER as a WALKIN PERSON!! I am an UBER DRIVER and I NOTICE this LACK of GOOD SERVICE at MANY of THEIR LOCATIONS!! PRETTY SAD if you ASL ME. See if you NOTICE this too AT BUSY LUNCH TIME TOO. 🤑😝🤪
