I was greeted when I entered.
They took my order within 3 minutes
But they forgot parr of me order and by the time the made it the rest of my food was cold

Paid almost $9 for one original chicken sandwich With Cheese.
Screen confirmed 2 slices so I paid for it.
Pulled up to the white line and waited for about 8 mis for my food 1 sandwich and 1 junior whopper meal)
To get home to no cheese on the chicken sandwich.
Not looking for perfection here but come on, how hard can this be! Do I dive 15 minutes to ask for the money back for the cheese I paid for?

Been staying at the Red Roof across the street..had to eat here because I was broke. This Burger King is a gem
...it's clean and the folks working there are nice and the food has been consistent each and every time!!

placed an order at 11:45. i get it, its late but the store isn’t closed. if it was i shouldn’t be able to place an order. i get there to pick up my order and im told “we’re closed” and that i need to get a refund. what i need is my food. there’s no reason with 15 minutes left you can’t make a couple burgers and fries. do better at your job. this is the least busy burger king i’ve even seen. having to make two meals 15 minutes to close shouldn’t be an impossible take. take the time and go to vineland. these people can’t do fast food as a job right. what a sad joke

How hard is it to read what the order is and then do that.
Double means two patties not one . Not complicated
And when it say BBQ sauce I have an idea put a BBQ sauce in the bag.

I had sort of a big order, (4 people , during lunch time) the lady at the register was very kind, bouncing back and forth from taking orders, and helping prepare the drive through orders as well. I waited in line for about 15 minutes, and when I finally got the food, I went out to my truck, checked to make sure everything was right, and seen they forgot a whopper that I had ordered. I walked back inside with everything except for the drinks, and my receipt, walk up to the counter and explain to the nice lady who took the order originally, that I had all 4 French fries, but I only had 3 sandwiches. And handed her the bags. I proved that I was missing the whopper with cheese, and yet she had to check with her manager of it was okay to give me a whopper with cheese. Which took another 5 minutes off of my lunch break. I dont know if that’s how it’s supposed to be or not, but either way, I was leaving with that whopper. I paid for it, it’s mine.😂

This place is extremely slow. I think they only know how to deal with one order at a time and make cars wait to order until the previous order is completed and delivered. Wonder if they know how to multitask or even what the definition of "fast" is in fast food.

This particular one forgot some of our order. Dinner hour along a heavily traveled road and these people were not with it, very disorganized. The female cashier was nice though .
