Terrible service today, December 29, 2025. Around 5:20 a.m., I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, and when I started eating it, it smelled like burnt smoke, and the sandwich didn't even have the bacon. Who would be happy eating something that doesn't have all the ingredients it's supposed to have and that you paid for?!

There is not an option to give zero stars or I would. My wife and I drive for door dash not to mention we visit personally as well multiple dunkins throughout the week. This is by far the worst dunkin I have ever been to. Service is definitely sub par. On a recent visit for door dash I waited in line for my order for 35 minutes. I overheard the manager state to take care of windows and in store orders first...and ignore mobile orders. This messes with my money as prompt pickup and delivery is essential to my ratings which directly effects my offers to pick up. Now at this same visit my wife ordered a drive through order for 2 coffees it took her 20 minutes to get her order at the windows. Not to mention that it specifically states almond milk as she is lactose intolerant. They obviously ignored that and used regular milk because it wasn't long before she had to use the bathroom. We figured they could have had an off day so we tried a personal order again today with similar results not to mention they neglected to put cold foam on her coffee which costs extra money. She had to send it back in to add cold foam...still took 20 minutes to get through the line. Not to mention we ordered hashbrowns no ketchup and cold...if I can help it I will never go back again personally....but may have to go for Door Dash.

Only one staff member was actually working The lady who took my order messed up 3 times and when I finally got it is was still wrong.then she tried to tell me thay did not have any more. That is when the only worker who knew what was going on had to tell her 3 time before she got it so 25 min later I was able to get 2 sandwich and 2 coffees Will never be back

I absolutely love this dunkin. The workers are always friendly even when busy. They have always been the best dunkin I've gone to, my orders are always fresh and made to my preferences. Yes, they get busy but that is not a fault of theirs. People need to understand they are people too and deserve respect. BEST DUNKIN EVER!!!!!

BUG INFSTATION: Service nonexistent, staff did not know how to answer kiosk questions. Paid for munchkins, left without because of bugs crawling on donuts. Wanted to cancel order no one was able to do that.
This is by far the worse dunkin. They need someone else ro step in and run it. Employees are so rude and at least 3 times a week my coffee is messed up or your waiting 15 mins in the drive thru. You cant go inside doors are always locked. Corporate needs to come down and look into what is going on here! They obviously give any one a store. This girl running it does not have a clue on what is going on!!!

If I order avocado *toast* why are they giving me a limp piece of bread?????? Customers are paying for an overly priced piece of untoasted bread so when you pick it up everything just falls. Find another job if you can’t even toast something properly. Why does this Dunkin never have suitable people working there? The turnover here is terrible. Higher people who actually care about their job and the nice people who tip well. Never again will I patron here.

Ordered a large latte got home and realized they gave me a cup of milk. Someone poured milk into my cup, frothed it, put a lid on it to pass it off as a latte and it was given to me. I go back and the girl is worried about what flavor I want. I WANT COFFEE IN 𝐌𝐘 LATTE I DONT CARE ABOUT FLAVOR. Then I guess it’s the manager girl with glasses maybe her name is Rosa said the espresso machine is down. So I asked why didn’t anyone tell me “I didn’t know what you ordered” it says it big and bold on the cup and you review the order at the drive through. There’s a new hire there and ever since they hired her every one of my orders has been completely wrong. Time to find another career path. Absolutely won’t be back. I’ll go out of my way to go to the Vineland Dunkin where the service is always on point. How do you knowingly mess a coffee order up and try to give it to people who are paying these outrageous prices. How dare you
