If I order avocado *toast* why are they giving me a limp piece of bread?????? Customers are paying for an overly priced piece of untoasted bread so when you pick it up everything just falls. Find another job if you can’t even toast something properly. Why does this Dunkin never have suitable people working there? The turnover here is terrible. Higher people who actually care about their job and the nice people who tip well. Never again will I patron here.

Ordered a large latte got home and realized they gave me a cup of milk. Someone poured milk into my cup, frothed it, put a lid on it to pass it off as a latte and it was given to me. I go back and the girl is worried about what flavor I want. I WANT COFFEE IN 𝐌𝐘 LATTE I DONT CARE ABOUT FLAVOR. Then I guess it’s the manager girl with glasses maybe her name is Rosa said the espresso machine is down. So I asked why didn’t anyone tell me “I didn’t know what you ordered” it says it big and bold on the cup and you review the order at the drive through. There’s a new hire there and ever since they hired her every one of my orders has been completely wrong. Time to find another career path. Absolutely won’t be back. I’ll go out of my way to go to the Vineland Dunkin where the service is always on point. How do you knowingly mess a coffee order up and try to give it to people who are paying these outrageous prices. How dare you

employees are extremely rude especially when it’s busy and there’s a rush. i understand it can get stressful and some items can’t be done but the way you speak to people MATTER. there’s a difference between “i’m sorry we are sold out of that item is there anything else we can get for you?” and “no i’m not doing that i can’t make that anymore.” employees just seem so miserable. do better.

Another poorly managed Dunkin location. The in-app donut selection is often inaccurate, and order mistakes are common. Most of the staff are unhelpful, though there is a single standout employee who is both friendly and competent.

Absolutely horrible service numerous times. Corporate needs to step up and take care of this. Completely incompetent management hanging out in the dining room while one worker ruins every order than she has the audacity to yell at the employee. Today she was completely ignorant and gave me the finger as I left. I hope they enjoyed the tongue lashing I gave her. I will avoid my local Dunkin and goto a Vineland location to get my morning coffee

Love the buena dunkin. The employees are always friendly and welcoming in the early morning. Even on days when they're absolutely swamped they're still top of their game. Also as I'm sure every dunkin customer will know, every dunkin you go to it feels like your drink is always different, and this buena location definitely makes them the best. Thanks guys keep up the good work!

this dunkin sucks. like seriously the worst drive through i’ve ever been to. waited ~10+ minutes for anyone to answer the speaker, despite there being no one else in line/at the window. forgot half of our $25 order and tried to gaslight us into thinking we didn’t order it/pay for it. then just gave us someone else’s order entirely (sorry gina, hope you didn’t want your mobile order!!). somehow forgot the cheese on a BEC. at least the 2 drinks we actually got were good, the third was not even our’s.
