If you want to wait an extremely long time for service, this is the place to go. I believe the delay in service is to the way the business is run, and not necessarily the employees behind the counter. 25 minutes to order a few loose bagels, yea, never again. And if you rate them appropriately on Yelp(great bagels, poor service), the owner will call you “retarded”.
I’ve been here twice now and don’t understand any negative reviews. Breakfast sammiches are good, bagels are the best in the area and the owner has waited on me both times and has been friendly and courteous. Don’t get scared off. Give them a try!
