We go here to get steamed blue crabs and it never disappoints. We do call ahead to make sure that they have them. Most of the time we order them to go and have our crab fest at home. The few times we ate in the restaurant the service was good and so was the food.

The last time I was in NJ and grabbed me some BlueClaw Crab legs was before the Pandemic 2018/2019. I come back to NJ 2025 the food is basic, not so good basic. Still the same old thing. The place is usually packed. A few people were there. I wasted my money. I'm not sure if it's under new management, or there was a change... I'll never go back there again. Signed Disappointment 😞

The crab cakes have real crab. They're delicious. I haven't tried them boiled, I tried them fried. The hush puppies are really good. I haven't dined in only had takeout over the few years, but really good place.

I had the fortune of dining here at the recommendation of a friend. I organized a group of 9 people. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't takes reservations. Therefore, I was at the mercy of luck to be seated in advance of the 30 minutes i was told. We were seated in the back room which was private and perfect. Accessible via the parking lot, I was initially skeptical. But, it was the best place for us. The food was tasty. The service was on point. I was pleasantly surprised because the reviews were mixed. Overall, I enjoyed dining here!! and

Well let me tell you guys it was absolutely disgusting. The only thing that was good was their ice tea. It was nasty from the appetizer, to the soup and even the crab legs. Do not order the soup. They didn’t even try to make it taste good. They asked if I would like garlic butter sauce, I said, yes that sounds good. They literally poured lots of chopped garlic right of the jar all over my crab legs. The butter was in a cup on the side. Who the hell does that? I had to wipe off the garlic with a paper towel just to be able to eat it. I LOVE seafood but not after tonight. I am sooo turned off. And the bathroom was really nasty. Save your money dont go. Worst food ever!!!

I ordered 4 /650 Blues with Cajun garlic butter sauce steamed and cleaned. They were nice sizes, very meaty, and OMG,..the sauce was sooooo delicious. They have a nice menu selection. I ordered takeout but I will definitely be ordering my crabs from here from now on!!! A definite must try!
