I went in on Tuesday April 1st (No not Aprils fools joke) to grab chix sandwhich and a Oreo Shake at 7:30pm. While mixing the shake the young lady had the shake explode all over her and her hair. She handled it like a complete pro, she laughed and finished making the shake. Most kids now would of freaked out and thrown it, shout out to this young lady, she is a rockstar for your BK, Sorry I did not get her name but she was the "shorter" petite one there.

I typically go here for the kids. So I ordered 2 double cheeseburger kids meals, and two 6 PC kids meals with onion rings. Simple enough right???. Nope... no onion rings so I went back in. They made me purchase them. Lol. I didn't want to disappoint my kids. Also one of the cheeseburgers ended up being a chicken sandwich. I should've checked it thoroughly. Disappointed over 45$

Worst meal I’ve had and to top it off it’s more expensive than before, save your money and go get a decent burger at a restaurant. All these fast food chains are all going down hill.
The latinas don't like blacks too much. I stood at the register for 5 mins while the woman looked at me from the kitchen. FINALLY comes to take my order & I get out "whopper with...." She stops taking my order to take THREE DT orders. I told her I was at work & my time was just as valuable and she said "one mina, sir".....WHAT?? I JUST WAITED TEN MINUTES!! Terrible place. I see why BKs are disappearing.

Went for a duo, after watching tv commercial and seeing poster on their window and found out when inside it is limited , had issues with this place before , so sad 😞 very disappointed
Terrible customer service. Can’t ask the employees any questions without them being nasty towards you.

On my way back to from NJ I stopped at this Burger King off the turnpike on rt130where I waited in the drive thru line behind one car for about five minutes before ordering then after ordering and making it to the cashier I paid then was told to move forward for another 7-8 mins so I guess their drive thru time would restart. Trying to get home to have my children in bed at a good hour when the food came out Thinking okay I just waited for them to bring my food out everything should be here! ‘No get on the NJTP and my daughters are freaking out because they don’t have their fries and I had to pull over and split up fries from my meal so that they can have what they want and what you shouldn’t have missed ! Stopped worrying about drive thru times and worry about getting the food and supplies right first.
