Ordered a full meal and funnel fries they literally just gave me the funnel fries and a sandwich. Not to mention I never received a receipt.

Wish I could give NO stars. I've always loved checkers but at a point they started getting sloppy. Gave them a try again a few months ago and have been going back frequently, including tonight. Service and food was terrible ! The workers inside didn't listen at all to my order. I ordered my food and mentioned a coupon I had as well as a deal they have going on. They proceeded to overcharge me, I got to the window and asked for a receipt, I was told they don't have receipts, which is a lie. He told me he could take a picture of the screen with my phone so I saw where they charged me full price for the item in which I had a coupon for. Also I saw that they charged me for $3 for a deal that was going at a price of 2 for $2. I complained and they acted as though they were doing me a favor by handing me my change back that they overcharged me for. After getting my change back they told me to pull around to the other drive through window, I waited for about 10 minutes. He comes to the window with my food and the windows wouldn't open so he walked to the side door of the establishment and handed me my food. I checked the bag and realized they added cheese to a sandwich when I asked for none. I got out and went in and they fixed it. I didn't realize at the time that the fish had no tarter sauce on it, one of the checkerbugers had a sliver of a purple onion and the other had regular onions. The fries were cold and soggy with grease. I was very unpleased overall and I wish something would be done about the staff they choose to hire. I won't be returning ever again. P.S. tried to call their location and the phone line said it is disconnected, so I am posting here.

This checkers is consistently slow to the point that I've waited 15 minutes in the drive through before I'm acknowledged. I just now left because I was the only car there for 15 minutes and got no service and when I got to the window, someone was on the phone. I haven't gotten food the last 4 times I was there and I was double charged the last time that I did. And no refund was given. I love checkers for but this store is awful and the service is awful and unacceptable, and if I could've given zero stars, I would have.

Need rehab on the outside. I'm sure you would get more business if you redid the look and fixed the intercom system.

This checkers is consistently slow to the point that I've waited 15 minutes in the drive through before I'm acknowledged. I just now left because I was the only car there for 15 minutes and got no service and when I got to the window, someone was on the phone. The exterior is really rundown and unkempt. No sign stating one of the two drive through lanes is out of order. A worker handling food had his hair net on but not covering his hair completely. The speaker on the drive through box is very quiet resulting in some attitude from the order taker. Cleanliness of the interior establishment from viewing outside was abysmal. For greasy burgers, they weren't bad overall but fear of food poisoning from aforementioned conditions felt like I was taking a risk.

Love checkers fries...they didn't have the mango drink I wanted but the menu looked good. Didn't know checkers had wings! I'll definitely be back for that because I love wings too. The workers there are real nice too

I rarely go here. The intercom loud , muffled, and noisy. It's difficult to listen and hear ? . Also they try to charge me $245 for a plain cheeseburger ?. They didn't have paper to give me a receipt ? and the food maker was rude!! I'll just eat chicken from Chic Fila ?
