If I could give 0 stars I would. Just waited in line for 14 minutes and then told that the girl taking orders outside was going in and asked to pull to the intercom where we waited another 10 min for someone to actually answer the intercom to take our order. We switched to mobile while waiting and still beat the employees. Their ineffective sevicr caused a line of 12 cats behind us. Absolutely horrific! Don't eat here at night

I simply ask for an extra packet of honey mustard from the kind young lady who gave me my food and she gladly said yes directly after I was meet with the most horrific additute by the manager directly behind this kind yound lady strictly stating we don't give out more than 2 pack back i was in all at this statement I asked for extra at the menu while ordering i was more than willing and happy pay for extra amount this is absolutely not customer service let alone human decency

The only negative thing I'll ever have to say about Chick-fil-A is that their prices are way too high!! The food is great, the service is miles ahead of everyone else and the atmosphere is always pleasant. I just hate having to take out mortgage loan every time we want food from there. 2 large #1's, with 2 frozen lemonades and 6 chocolate chip cookies shouldn't cost over $30.

Just go through the mobile order line and cut everyone and than make everyone wait for your meal that’s already been waiting to order. I gave 2 star because everyone has to be somewhere no one should be able to cut everyone.

The mobile line has no courtesy for people ordering. This is the dumbest idea. Wait times are ridiculous.
The line was a little too long for the mobile checkout. However, the food was excellent, and they accompanied and provided everything I needed

Worst place and location to visit. We did an online order where I ordered a chicken wrap and a chicken sandwich and when I went there for pickup everything seems normal in the boxes but when I opened it instead of a wrap they gave me salad leaves and in the sandwich they added bacon which my friend don't eat. I don't suggest this place to nobody.
