I would put it higher but the service was awful. A old guy named Ron rung us up and had a attitude the entire time refused to give us the colored stand for the others to help find us, saw multiple people go up and complain just for him to give them a attitude as well. He put someone else’s name on the recipe so he cannot get in trouble. He is just so disrespectful to everyone .

I visited this Chick-fil-A in Burlington, NJ after my daughter’s dentist appointment and had a mixed experience. The team member at the counter was polite but seemed to be handling everything alone, which led to a long wait. I originally asked for breakfast right around 10:32 AM and was told it had just ended, though there was some confusion as he checked with another staff member. My daughter and I both ordered, but our meals took over 10 minutes, and her order ended up being the breakfast #1 instead of the lunch #1 she intended.
I think this location could benefit from better staffing and clearer communication, especially during busy transitions between breakfast and lunch. With a little more focus on time management and accuracy, the customer experience would be much smoother.

No no no my daughter is a diabetic type 1 insulin dependent we waited 1/2 hr for a kids meal disaster 5 to 6 people in the outside lines came in cause their orders were messed up had already paid for the kid meal is the only reason I didn’t leave and I had snacks in my car not going to that one again
It's Chick-fil-a ! They make best breakfast sandwiches ( Chicken Minis ) the roll they use is straight from heaven. Extra honey butter!! Ron has been my guy at the counter and he is great. Thank you Ron.

This place has gone down. Quite frankly, it’s the worst CFL I’ve ever visited. It was very dirty and disorganized. Just gross and unless I’m desperate, will not be visiting that location again. Very disappointing.

Normally a higher rating for chick fil a but arrive n veterans day to ask if they are participating in any veterans day specials. They inform me sorry but we haven't been notified of any military specials for today. I was disappointed especially seeing the big thank you veterans sign outside
