The Burlington location proves time and time again that they are slow and just not able to get into a good Groove like the Delran or Mount Laurel or Eastgate Square locations. I sat in line for 20 minutes today in the Drive-Thru and when it was my turn at the window they didn't even have my order. Very friendly and nice staff lovely people just slow it service.
*** update as of 11/5/25... still great customer service. Lori is WONDERFUL!!! Wait time has improved...

The only negative thing I'll ever have to say about Chick-fil-A is that their prices are way too high!! The food is great, the service is miles ahead of everyone else and the atmosphere is always pleasant. I just hate having to take out mortgage loan every time we want food from there. 2 large #1's, with 2 frozen lemonades and 6 chocolate chip cookies shouldn't cost over $30.
