Delivery times suck, I ordered my pizzas at 7pm it’s now 9pm and my delivery driver is sitting in the same spot, very disappointed and hungry. This is unacceptable I wont be ordering from here again.

Absolute incompetence every time I’ve ordered from here, every order they fulfill almost needs to have an incorrect thing about it with how much they mess things up. Need a drink? Heres the wrong kind you didnt ask for. Want a specific topping on your pizza? Heres every topping we have expect the one you wanted. Honestly ridiculous over the course of years one order couldn't be done right.

It’s as bad as forgetting to put BUFFALO sauce on a BUFFALO chicken pizza XD XD RECURRINGLY. LIKE EVERY TIME. Not even once XD
The quality of the food is ok, but DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER

Update included So i Bought a large pep pizza cinna stx loaded tator tots and a pepperoni cheese stick. Everything was ok besides the large pep pizza. My son said to me the pizza tastes like urine. SO I thought he was being dramatic and I took a bite. Something on that pie was spoiled. Either the tomato sauce was left out or it was dough that sat out. We ate nothing else of pie. The pep pizza bread did not have that spoiled rotton taste just the pizza. Its currently in my trash with a slice bit in half. I have a receipt and would like this to be rectified. I ordered i believe around noon saturday nov. 9 2024. UPDATE: I did give 1 star originally and i updated it to 5 Nov 14 2024 EdIT so after i put in a complaint I received a phone call on monday Nov. 11th from the general manager and his name was Mr. KING. He was very professional and really went about and beyond. I wasnt expecting much but he made everything right! Im so impressed. To have that type of customer service is rare plus he fixed the problem within 1 day! So we retried all the food and this time it was so much better! When i picked up the food the employee who helped me was very friendly. Hopefully this Dominoes works out there kinks.

I ordered pizza, salad, wings..Food arrived COLD when I called to complain they said it was made fresh but it couldn't have because I received a text saying my delivery was on the way be on the look out then 10mins later get a phone call saying they were out of Caesar Salad would I mind substituting which I didn't mind. So I know the food had to be sitting there. After spending $40 you want your food delivered properly. Last time using this location store #4564

First off delivered pizza to the wrong apartment and when finally got the pizza they made it completely wrong. This dominos has always been a joke
I worked here as the assistant manager and this is how you get treated even after you have not worked there in 1 month. William king has only been the manager for 1 month and has ran this store to the ground. Mind you he was the manager for a different store , he quit before the same district manager hes under right now could fire him. He fired employees that actually did there jobs and let the rest quit on him. Btw I have given the keys to one of the district managers. Dominos in general lacks communication completely do not recommend this, franchise would give 0 stars if I could

Provide Burned, Dry, Cold wings. Greasy cheesy bread Staff is Rude. Unattentive, argumentative. Careless. D w an has been the best deliverer. I’ve been cursed out by a driver who didn’t want to deliver to my door.
The worst experience I will not be coming back . Placed and order 30 min in advance and when I got there my order wasn’t even started. Bad experience

This location has excellent customer service. I had a problem with my order and the General Manager, William King, kindly resolved my issue with no hesitation. Great food.
