Hello, they do not have the best customer service. For example they will give you greasy or messy food in a small back that leaks thru and NOT put inside a bigger regular bag to save the mess unless you ask them to and then they get an attitude. This should be an automatic thing. They also do not give napkins, utensils, or straws have the time when you ask and get an attitude when you ask. This is cheap and rude! Like just give me what I need to eat on the go please without it being a mess! The Latina lady I do not know her name sorry so this is how I am describing her was way better at customer service at the window than the other employees there but they moved her to food prep for some reason. I am an almost daily customer, please do better! People do not owe you their money. I love the products, you need better customer service. There was also a dangerous guy yelling sitting by loud speakers before outside I feel bad for him but it was scary and really they should have noticed and gotten him to move because he was angry and walking around the cars. Thank you!

I come here most days in between work and Iâve never gone inside. I went up to the counter and asked to use the bathroom and was told to place my order first. I do that and while Iâm doing that I watch a customer a man take a key and go into the male bathroom then a female worker comes out of the bathroom and tells me itâs only for workers. I find that to be incredibly rude and when I told her the man went into the bathroom she didnât care and went back to work. Signs on the door would make me believe it but I think she just didnât want me to use the bathroom thinking wrongly that I wasnât a customer. Making a review as Iâm sure anyone I spoke to inside would not care in the slightest.

This is very likely the worst dunkin in the entire world. Today I watched them give some poor customer decaf coffee because they ran out of the regular and couldnt be bothered to make more.
Theres a junkie tweaking out that they let hang out inside there from time to time. Employees and what looked like the owner or manager didnt seem to care in the slightest.. had to reach over him to get my drink.
I also got my bagel spat on awhile back because they served me one burnt black all the way through (like charcoal) and I took it back and had them remake it. Brought the new one home and there was so much spit that is was oozing out of it.
Every now and then, solely for convenience sake, ill stop here for a coffee.. and every single time I get burned in some way shape or form.

Lady over-charged me (literally charged me more than double of what I ordered), then tried to not give a refund. Manager eventually gave partial refund. The order was still not right (it had bacon on it which I didn't ask for). They seem really bitter here at this Dunkin.
I recommend avoiding this place, they do not respect customers.
The Girl who likes to call everyone baby in drive through smushed a bug right in front of me and proceeded after to handle food. Didnât wash her hands. Not the first time I have a bad experience with this Duncan. Never going back.

This dunkin sucks, not as much as the 541 dunkin but this one is basically a hair off. You tell them an order and they'll give you anything they just threw in the cup. Like seriously, every single time I ever went my order would be wrong, so I stopped goingđ

The cashier was busy gossiping and carrying on and we had to wait for her to finish to take our order. Obviously she wasnât paying attention and got our order wrong and we had to wait for the additional breakfast sandwich. So my husband was gonna go to the bathroom and it was locked. I tried to go to the other bathroom and it too was locked. When I asked the cashier do I need a key she said, âno, someone must be in them.âđ¤¨While we waited a few more minutes for our order she messed up, no one ever came out of either bathroomđ¤đ¤. Not going back there and would give Service a 0 if i could!!
