Horrible. Pair $9.04 for refreshers. Went back and the Indian store manager was rude and never offer to re-make the refreshers instead he said I will give you your money back. I told him no problem and asked for a receipt. He handed me the receipt and requested to not come back. No wonder they have 3.3 stars and I will be contacting Dunkin corporation because a franchise like this should not be representing a chain like this. The windows have wood up…run down, horrible customer service, horrible quality of drinks. But the fact that a manager could treat any customer like this is unexpected and they need to close down. DO NOT Support.

I don't even know why I keep torturing myself going to this one thinking that they're going to get any better. I always get a shaken espresso...only has one thing in its name... shake it....its literally part of making it. I shouldn't have to take it home shake it and add milk to it come on. Im the asshole if I ask them to redo the entire coffee

There's a coupon for Dunkin Donuts, 6 donuts for $4.99 in Burlington on Sunset Rd or Beverly Rancocas Rd in Willingboro, the one on Sunset Rd in Burlington, NJ the people there are so rude, when i saw the price of what they're charging me i said i have coupon the manager said very rudely it will deduct the price at cashier, there was another situation that they just don't like questions, the coupon make sure you get there before 1:00 pm, because they will run out.

I came here and really needed to use the rest room. The owner did not look at my face when I asked to use the facilities, she said aggressively "NO"! I was appalled and she would not give me a reason why. The atmosphere was not welcoming 😕. I would not recommend coming here, staff is rude 😒.

If you accidentally hit the wrong location and you try to cancel the order they don't care they just give you the order and the store manager was so rude to me also and I have yet to speak to the store owner since the store manager wanted to be mean and nasty about the whole situation all I wanted was the money put back on my dunkin card didn't want the order at all how hard is it to put the money back when I said I don't want the food and to cancel it.
