I came here and really needed to use the rest room. The owner did not look at my face when I asked to use the facilities, she said aggressively "NO"! I was appalled and she would not give me a reason why. The atmosphere was not welcoming 😕. I would not recommend coming here, staff is rude 😒.

If you accidentally hit the wrong location and you try to cancel the order they don't care they just give you the order and the store manager was so rude to me also and I have yet to speak to the store owner since the store manager wanted to be mean and nasty about the whole situation all I wanted was the money put back on my dunkin card didn't want the order at all how hard is it to put the money back when I said I don't want the food and to cancel it.
Check your food b4 you eat it !!!!Been here three days in a row, and every day I found something in my food. I got hot chocolate and found the wax paper. They make the sandwiches on inside my drink the next day I got a bagel with cream cheese and butter, and found some paper in it again. After walking two days back to back returning my food I still went a third time, hoping that it was just a fluke, but after the third time, I realize that it’s just bad service.The bathroom hasn’t been working for months being told it’s a water leak and after months, you could only expect it to be moldy or something . I suggest checking your food b4 u eat !!

Me and my brother walk in dunkin donuts to get service so the manager and the workers in there Are from Indian descent and by me and my brother are black men they was Unprofessional and discrimination so I was Wondering why that place was empty inside and it all make sense now.
