The guy there cannot take a simple request of no sugar unsweetened vanilla and actually complete the task like seriously how hard is it focus on request and not ur man bun
The staff are extremely rude. They don’t even know how to make a proper coffee, yet they have no problem giving attitude and speaking disrespectfully.

The ladies in here are extremely slow, and very careless about their customers. They are not out to make the experience great. They refuse to give me cold foam on hot chocolate when they know that they can. Every location in Burlington Township puts cold foam on hot chocolate except them. They refuse to each time and it's ridiculous.
This is what I got. Basically sugar water!!! Its supposed to be a sweet tea. This is so unacceptable!

RUDE! Wrongfully charged. Laughed at. And hung up on when I called to get my money back.

So EVERYTIME I go into this Dunkin when “Ahmed” isn’t there I’m met with rudeness by the manager and her workers, specifically the black girl with the wig. The are both every rude and disrespectful as if their job isn’t customer service. I stood in the store with my family for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment until I said something to the black girl, she didn’t apologize for my inconvenience or for blatantly ignoring myself and my mother. I feel as though this needs to be addressed because in 2025 you don’t know what people are going through or what they’re capable of.. Dunkin will start to lose money at this location if this continues to happen. Customer service should be your first priority!!

The server was very rude. She had a rude interaction with another staff, then made my order incorrectly, then gave me an attitude when I spoke to her about it. She chose to ignore my questions as she remade the coffee and then proceeded put the coffee in front of me and walk away. Since she didn’t have a name tag on I could not give her name. This happened at around 9:50 am on 1/16.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin, but for the last 2 weeks, they don't have decaf iced coffee. I usually go at least 5 days a week and get 2 large coffees. As early as 5:30PM they have none. Yesterday they said the manager is not ordering enough. I am so disappointed.
Why does DD always change people
The black girl there today at the drive thru window was not pleasant
She had no customer service
I ordered 2 bacon wake up wraps and I got nauseous smh
Yall gotta do better or close down some locations
So far Tims has the best breakfast in Burlington County
Do better hire more professional staff. The people with no customer service need to work in the back of the store, never in the front dealing with customers.

This place is horrible. They never get my orders right and people are always yelling. I do not like anyone in here. A black gentleman always treats be rudely and disrespectfully. Furthermore the managers are incompetent.
