Ordered cookies from the website. Did not get the item I thought I ordered & cookies that came wasn't very good.

I was inside of the Morristown mall and have seen The cookie shop inside of the food court. I passed it many times but normally when I come it’s always closed but today is our walk past. It said that it was going to be open at three so on my way out I went and decided to try them I have done a lot of digging on some of the local and franchise cookies was going to go to the one in Burlington but anyways, I had my heart set on a few different ones that I did want to try but sadly to say the ones that I did want to try they were all out or didn’t even I don’t know bring them to The shop at the mall. I had the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie kind of big on textures so truthfully, I only had one macadamia nut in my entire cookie, but I did have about four white chocolate chips. Maybe those two just isn’t a good match it didn’t really taste like anything not for the sweet tooth but I did buy another one and it was the birthday cake that one was a big hit with my son .?

I bought these cookies when they were doing a pop up vendor table at my work. O m g!! They were so good!! Best snicker doodle ever and the apple pie cookie really tasted like apple pie! I wish I bought more! I'll definitely get these again.

I hope you’re not in any hurry for your order?!?!I ordered bite size banana pudding cookies and the classic mix.1)The cookies took forever.2)When they finally came, I received a note thanking me for my patience giving me regular sized banana pudding cookies instead of the bite sized which would’ve been nice if the rest of my order was packaged.3) the classic mix - consists of 4 different types of cookies. I only received 2 of the 4 types.I sent an email and messaged Classy Brown for an explanation. I have not heard anything.I expect to receive what I ordered and paid for.

We booked a hot chocolate bomb and cookie decorating party for my daughter’s 7th birthday. The accommodations were great and the staff were kind and fun teachers! I highly recommend booking a class!

I just love these cookies! I haven’t had one yet that I don’t like. Friendly staff, I could talk all day with, lol. Definitely a great stop. I shop at their Moorestown mall location, but I hope to get to their Burlington city location soon

Just had the opportunity to get the banana cream pie cookie! It’s m a huge fan of the dessert and it was AMAZING in cookie form! With each bite it got better and better! Definitely try them out!

These cookies are phenomenal!! I haven't had a cookie I didn't like yet; my favorite is the apple pie cookie, get you a scoop of ice cream, and you have a la mode. I live out of the state of New Jersey. My partner lives in Burlington. We a bit of a morning yesterday. I wanted to send her some sweets. I googled cookie bouquet delivery near her and came across this Gem. Lauren was extremely patient and sweet with me going over her selection of cookies for me to order. She also went as far as doing a personal note for me ?. Her cookies are delish per my partner and I will be ordering an order to be shipped to me. Go check her out, you won't be disappointed. Stopping in on Saturday; the store smelled AMAZING and the customer service was top notch. I ordered three cookies (the apple was my favorite) from behind the counter and a wrapped decorated cookie. Will definitely be back!

The store is never open. I looked for the kiosk they said they have posted at the abandoned store in the food court and nope nada. What's the point in having a shop if your not open.
