The food was cooked terrible. Asked for cheese on the hash brown and got plastic cheese on it. Then I asked for fried eggs they brung me hard burnt eggs. The waitress Kamisha was really good. She did her absolutely best to accommodate my wants. I give her 5 stars. She need a whole bonus. Thank you Kamisha.

Unfortunately, not my best experience at ihop. Definitely one of the worst. Yesterday I went to ihop to eat with my husband and we didn’t get waited on until 25 minutes of sitting in our booth. Once the waitress came out, she smelled like cigarettes. She also took care of a family who sat after us. Very poor experience. Once the food was out, the order was incorrect. We paid and left.

I don’t know who this server is but I saw in the kitchen when I was sitting down and I was so disgusted at the fact that he or she was smoking a vape in the middle of the kitchen. He or she had a turquoise or light blue patch in their hair with a short cut. I don’t know what type of establishment this is but I know I won’t be back because me and my family saw this. Vaping should not be allowed in a kitchen when you’re serving food.
Clean, friendly stop along our travel. Great service by Melanie. I had French toast that was warm at best. My wife had pancakes and eggs that were hotter.
