We visited this IHOP location with my family, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining
experiences we've had. The reviews I've read online accurately reflect our disappointing encounter.
The staff seemed unprepared and disorganized, showing a lack of respect towards customers. We had children with us, and it was unacceptable how long it took for them to attend to our basic needs.
A simple request for water took an astonishing 35 minutes to fulfill. When we asked for menus and information, the staff seemed put off, leaving us waiting and feeling ignored.
The service was slow, and the staff's attitude was unprofessional. As a family-friendly establishment, IHOP fell short of our expectations.

Stop by to get some morning breakfast this morning with my girlfriend and her oldest son

I am very familiar with IHOP but not at this location and I definitely like the inside of this place ... I didn't like the hostess because she was treating my girlfriend wrong because all she did was ask for the coloring paper and kids menu for her son but then after we got our season then I liked the waitress that we had she was very informative, great hospitality and she got very greatly listening skills also we had to tip her plus the food came out wonderfully delicious šŸ˜‹šŸ¤¤ we really appreciate everything

Let me start by saying I love ihop. We came here about a month ago, it was so clean and the food was yummy. I found myself craving it again so we went in today. When we first walked in we noticed the resturant was DISGUSTING. I almost walked out but my preggo self really wanted pancakes. We sat down at this table, all of the seats had crumbs on them, everything was sticky. And the worst part, the waitress smelled like she had not showered in at least a week. I have never smelled BO like that. Even after she walked away the smell lingered for 2-3 minutes. I was so grossed out I couldnt eat. And it cost us $50 for that lovely experience. I dont think i will be craving ihop anymore.

Went for breakfast, told the host/manager Dishaun the party was there for a birthday. He made sure everything was to our liking & sent over desserts at the end of the meal. Waitress was great as well!

The Owner of this location is a non paying "boss" owner. I worked there 3 days and got hurt and the owner canceled my $170.73 check on me and still Refuses to write me a new check as of 1/13/2025
Canceled the check back June /2024
This Place is dirty in the back. Cross contamination on the regular.
This ower allows the place to leave open all Food storage containers and allow bugs to be in their fruit . I would avoid this restaurant.

Wasn't too busy during this visit. A few things weren't in stock (avacado, honey, burgers, change in the register), and the soup wasn't hot; but maybe it was just an off day. We'll see if there are any changes the next time we go there.

Besides the fact the food is always cold from Doordash and it’s 5 minutes from the house.

Today I try to order online for pick up because I’m out at Acme. In trying to order the breakfast sampler for my mom, it says hash brown AND pancakes are included, but in the required fields either one you pick for pancakes adds $2.49… so I called.

But all I got from Kevin was that he can’t make any adjustments to anything regarding the website, he can ā€œcall them and let them know it’s wrongā€, but there’s ā€œnothing he can doā€ā€¦ I said ā€œyou can offer to take my order over the phone, and he replies ā€œwe’re not allowed to do thatā€.

So,
No IHOP from Doordash or otherwise.
False advertisement, non caring staff, and cold deliveries… I’m good.
Guess I’ll go back in and get the eggs I forgot and follow the original plan to make breakfast myself.

I've been a customer of IHOP the last couple of years. Sophie had been our waitress most of the time; excellent waitress. The last couple of years, the food has been great, and the service is as well.
I'm glad to say that the restaurant looks good again. All of the holes in the furniture have been replaced. The dining area looks the way that it should.
