We were told the wait would be 20 Mins. After 45 min wait they are not seating anyone else. We were never told along with other customers. The manager did not care at all. How do you have people wait and just let them sit and not even care to apologize. They will never get our business again. Very disappointing.
Usually when my wife and I go to this Ihop everything is great, but today was not good at all. The service was horrible food was cold and came out almost an hour after ordering. From where we were sitting we could see into the kitchen where we could see our food being microwaved at least 5 times. Seems like management was prioritizing to go orders over in house orders and customers.

IHOP never disappoints 🥰 there’s something for everyone. Lately I am leaning towards the egg white veggie omelette since I’m watching my waistline. But I truly recommend everything on their menu.

Always spot on! And very friendly when they greet you at the door. I’ve never actually sat and ate here and when I do I will leave my review. Take out is always speedy and good vibes though.

Customer service is truly a lost art. Nobody cares about treating the customer with courtesy and respect especially employees at the IHOP on Mount Holly bypass. I initially called IHOP to place an order because for some reason I was not able to do so on the app. The gentleman who answered the phone was rude and advise that they only take orders in person or through the app despite the fact that the first thing you see when you walk through the door is a big sign that says call ahead will have it ready for you. The next thing that happened was as I was given my change I realize that the coin portion of my change was not given to me when I asked about it. A young lady said again, very rudely. We don’t have change. We don’t have coins, so what do you want me to do about it? I then asked why wasn’t that said upfront? I could’ve used a credit card for exact change. She gave me a long look as to say I’m not talking about this anymore with you.
After both of those negative experiences I get my food. It’s cold. It’s not prepared correctly. I didn’t like it at all. The food is not consistent with what I’m used to from IHOP at this location and I am overall thoroughly dissatisfied.

Was there Sunday probably around 1 PM and had a great time with my mom and we decided to make a point on going to an IHOP and then this particular one was perfect plenty of seats and great service infact the waitress who served us must have been very happy with the tip while the order was only 36.99 I think and said just bring me back 50 which she did only thing I was at ahh about is 2 twentys and then 10in one's like what she expected a second tip on the table like many people do is just leave it on the table I had her break a 100 for an order that was 36.99 I think I know it was a 13 plus dollar tip which is fine because I like MAKING SURE THAT I GIVE A GOOD TIP IT COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BIT BETTER BUT I DIDN'T LIKE HOW 3 OR MORE TIME'S AS SOON AS I TOOK A BITE SHE ASKED IF WE WERE ALL SET YEA SHE COULD STILL BE LEARNING HOWEVER IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT LOOKING UP TOWARDS THE WAITRESSES AND THEY ARE TALKING AND ENJOYING THERE FOOD THERE'S NO REASON TO BOTHER THEM HOPEFULLY SHE READS THIS AND UNDERSTANDS THIS ONE CRUCIAL THING ABOUT SERVICE EITHER WAY SHE BASICALLY GOT LIKE AROUND A 40% TIP OF THE MEAL WHICH IS UNFORTUNATELY GER HIGHEST TIP OF THE DAY AND MANY FORGET ABOUT THE SITUATION THEY ARE IN AND IM ASSUMING SHE COULD EITHER BE IN COLLEGE OR AT LEAST WITHIN THAT AGE GROUP AND COULD ALWAYS USE IT FOR THINGS EITHER WAY AND THEN I HOPE OTHER PEOPLE EATING THERE WILL READ THIS AND BE KINDER ON THE AMOUNT THEY LEAVE AS TIPS PERIOD

The staff was delightfully welcoming.
My family was greeted with smiles and good evening.
Our server Christine came to our table immediately. We were able to place our orders within minutes. Christine made us feel special. The little girls thought she was pretty.
Our service was most efficient even when we asked for substitutions off the menu.
Christine was cool and friendly.
Our overall experience was great. That's why IHOP is our family's favorite destination.

I placed an Uber Eats order around 9:15am, in the mist of placing the order I noticed there isn’t an option for shell eggs. I proceeded to call because my last order I didn’t receive shell eggs even though I called and requested them. I literally have been calling for a hour and half and no one have returned my call or even turned the cell phone that is used for online orders or pickups on it’s still going to voicemail I’ve left a message as well. This is very unprofessional and disheartening even if you call now it’s still going to voicemail. This is a place of business how do you fix this issue ? I’m very displeased.
