Their receipt machine is broken. Self serve soda machine broken. Didn't ask me what drink I wanted when I ordered a "soda" assuming I could get it myself and handed me a starry. I wanted a coke. The food was ready quickly and order was right otherwise.

Slow and rude! Only two people working and cursing at each other the whole time I waited for my food, which was 25 minutes. This is completely unprofessional

Bad experience. Kids serve you who would rather be elsewhere. The chicken was decent. Chicken nuggets were small and horrible. An alcoholic was in the back keeled over with his food on the floor. On the other side was some guy hanging around. A worker sat on the tables. A young female had the worst attitude I know. Popeyes is opening up, and I can't wait. Chick-fil-A puts this place to shame, 100%.

Still the best chicken spot round here that's for sure I remember this location always hit back in the day too the food was excellent it's still a better price then other fast food places and I fed a house full of people. when I was there all the lights were on and they were friendly check out my other reviews

Horrible service came in was waiting at the counter for awhile before someone even acknowledged me. They kept looking from the kitchen area and never came out. The atmosphere itself was disappointing. I would never come back!

Heard this place was under new ownership. Figured I'd give them a try. I was the only customer in the drive-thru, ordered a sandwich... was told to pull around and they would bring it out to me. I've been sitting outside for 10 minutes and still no food. Went inside. Was told they gotta throw chicken in the fryer and I gotta wait. Waiting now almost 20 minutes in total. Employees sitting at the tables looking at their phones instead of greeting customers at the counter. Then they kept trying to offer me the wrong meal. 2 people working in the kitchen and one i think is the new owner. Finally got my meal. Tasted great. Experience was a nightmare.

Why is this place still open? The fact that it is completely blows my mind. The restaurant is dirty and ghetto the food is old and dry did the timer to only one person working because there was a fight that broke out earlier that day. This has to be the worst KFC there is.

Why EVERYTIME I come to this location, it’s AlWAYS a problem From the food the employees n there Nasty attitudes or the Lobby always lock or opens Late Me n my family came in from outta town an wanted some Hot Fresh Chicken before we went back home We wanted to go in the n eat Doors Lock (5:36pm) So we go to drive thru an place our order VERY RUDE FEMALE order our 12 piece just to get to the window n was told it will be a 15 minutes wait How do you run outta food No notice no sorry no replacement to advoid the wait no nothing so we waited The food was nasty n chicken has a weird smell, our sides were cold an our fries COLD N HARD AS WELL AS OUR BISCUITS!!! I knock on the doors to get help the girl shook head n made the hand movement of drive thru Now no one answers the speaker I go to the window n told her about to awful exp she told me with attitude THATS NOT MY PROBLEM I ask for a refund she saids she can’t n shut the window n left as she stay on her phone AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE FOR MY FAMILY AN I WE WILL NEVER COME BAVK TO THIS LOCATION!!! You NEED TO GET THE PLACE TOGETHER N TEACH YALL MANGERA N EMPLOYEES HOW TO ACT N SERVICE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I see why now why the doors are always Lock

I wouldn't give it any stars, its facilities were dirty full of cobwebs on the tables and chairs, the potatoes were black cooked in the same oil as how many days the chicken would be the same. Terrible food.

Did my first online order with the app.... loved it.
First off the specials on the app: ? and! It hasn't overrun me with notifications!

I ordered, walked in, and picked it up. I feel like the employees were less stressed. And the best part, there was hot fresh chicken available when ordered. Well done everyone.
