Today after work i decided to go grab my family some KFC for dinner. Inside was lock which was no biggie i go thru drive thru an order a 16 piece with 4 large sides ( mac n cheese2, green beans n mash potatoes) buttery biscuits an the New apple bites (10) I got to the window an as always the window lady is so friendly Added on a brownie Got home an my wife n kids smiles was priceless!!! The food was hot n fresh As Always. The new apple bites omg SOOO GOOOD!! Over all this place rocks!! Keep up the GREAT WORK GUYS FOOD N EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT N FRIENDLY THANK U KFC

KFC is the grand daddy of the fried Chix and to me original recipe the best there is.This unit runs well, albeit sometimes surprised that staffing means only drive through open during day.

The truth for the price of their food everything should be on point not only do they give you chicken that must have been sitting there for hours it's so dry the biscuits are so hard and if that wasn't bad enough customer service is horrible they are the most rude people no exaggeration they are just downright nasty rude imagine going right up the road to the Willingboro KFC it's a whole different atmosphere the chicken is not dry the biscuits are not hard and the customer service seems to be polite imagine the difference a few traffic lights made just saying I won't be going back

Horrible service!!! The workers are rude and will say just about anything to you.I went here yesterday to grab a 8 piece and they told me they did not have have crispy chicken when I asked if this was for the remainder of the day the drive thru worker caught a major attitude and said do you want the original chicken or not. Then a different lady got on the speaker and said we have strips you want that. I said of then she said hold on. Came back and said we only have 6 strips. Do you want it? I told them this is ridiculous. Why don't you have chicken? You sell chicken, right, then the woman said, "Have a nice day.Soooooo rude! Inexcusable behavior! Someone needs to address the team at the KFC Burlington location. This is a mockery of your company. It's really a shame.

When I fist pulled into the lot, I thought they were closed until I saw a car at the drive-through window. Almost every light in the place was off. Ordered 2 Taste of KFC meals and got zero sides. They did give me a brownie in place. One brownie, for 8 sides. Loved the original recipe chicken and biscuits, as always. The brownie was really good as well.

This is my 3rd time driving all the way over there and you are never open on time. It says opens at 11;00 am on Sunday. There is always a car parked at the door but I'd be damned if I see someone there. I tried the door and then went to drive up and waited for someone to ask what I wanted.I want KFC fried chicken but I've never been able to come home with any.You should sell the store to a Hindi, Pope's is always open on time!!!Mike Wilson

Ordered food from there online said they were open but the inside was locked. They opened the door for me but it looked like they were just finished putting everything away. They told me they didn’t have most of the items I ordered so they just replaced it with old chicken that’s been drying in the food warmer for hours. It is saddening because it’s the only location near me. They don’t even open for dine in anymore, I do not recommend spend your lunch money elsewhere.
