I had a terrible experience at the McDonald’s located at 615 York St, Burlington, NJ 08016. The service was extremely poor, and the environment felt unsafe and unsettling. There were drug deals taking place both inside and outside the establishment, along with shady individuals loitering around the property.
The staff were rude, unprofessional, and not welcoming at all. The restaurant was dirty and poorly maintained, showing a complete lack of management and accountability. There should also be increased police presence in and around this location due to the ongoing safety concerns.
This place should either fire the entire crew and hire an entirely new staff or shut down completely. Easily one of the worst McDonald’s locations I have ever been to. Very disappointing.

I ordered 2 egg mcmuffins. I paid for 2 egg mcmuffins. I received 1 egg mcmuffin. I called and they don't answer. I cant return since I'm at work. How hard is an order for 2 egg mcmuffins!?! I won't be returning here. Am extra 3 minutes to go to a better McDonald's is worth it to me.

The food was not fresh I asked for the food to be made fresh and it wasn't they gave me old food and yelling as will in the restaurant was desperate full I will never go there again.

The service is terrible. I waited to put my order in after some time I had to start calling out. Even then the woman insisted that I use the kiosk. When I finally did get an egg mcmuffin, the bread was stale. If I were closer when I discovered it I would have taken it back
