We didn’t get everything we payed for then when we went inside the workers were rude and on their phones and the manager never apologized but was just bothered by the fact I went in. If I could give less stars I would.

The service is terrible. I waited to put my order in after some time I had to start calling out. Even then the woman insisted that I use the kiosk. When I finally did get an egg mcmuffin, the bread was stale. If I were closer when I discovered it I would have taken it back

This was a real nice experience from the time I walked in to the time I left. This McDonalds is very clean, the young man and young lady at the counter were very pleasant, and the food was hot. Really felt like they treated their customers with respect and not a bother like many other fast food establishments. Will be returning because of this experience. Great Job and thank you.

It's a McDonald's. Not much to say. There quick with food , great with fresh food and there pretty clean. Verry good for a in and out kinda deal. I've not had a order messed up yet from this location . Now sitting down...I will say the culture shock can be a bit strong for people who aren't from the area.you def can't loiter or just sit and not buy something . As that is a actual problem,preventing actual eaters from sitting . So Managment are strick about that and normally have to play peace keeper in the afternoons as they can have rowdy crowds on the off occasion. The managers are all pretty much like that , tough , strick . but I appreciate it cause it means they run a tight shift and will get shit done.

The order was wrong & they forgot to give me my change ( nearly $10) until prompted in the drive- thru. Chocolate milkshakes were excellent, with plenty of whipped cream.

Went through drive through this morning. Paid no receipt given. Went to get food one item missing and another with extra cheese I did not ask for. But was not offered one without extra cheese. I was asked for receipt. They didn’t give me one. I asked if I could pay for missing item. I was told no were too busy. It was you just have to take what we gave you attitude. So I had to go through drive through again for item and keep extra cheese. When I went to window to pay. The cashier ignored me and played with a fan for five minutes. This should have been resolved when I said the item was missing and other item replaced with no extra cheese. And an apology would have been nice. They obviously did not care. I usually by pass this location for the one on 541. But gave it a chance. Think 541 has better management.

Every time I come here, the fries are undercooked.
I ordered a large drink the cost$1.59 . I get to the window Its $ 2.00 . I asked why and was told they round it up . I said who said so and she said speak to the manager and I did and got my round up change back . It’s the principal in the nerve that they would do something like that . I’m wondering do they do this to all the customers . Yes I’m calling them out .

I ordered two 6-piece nuggets and I got one 6-piece and 3 nuggets thrown in the bag with the rest of my food. I always have an issue with this mcdonalds, and always regret ordering food from here. Trashy teenagers will serve you your food.

Half the order was missing and what I did receive was cold and very sloppily prepared. Burgers half on half off the buns and condiments slopped all over everything. Wrappers were covered in grease. Definitely the last time I'm wasting my money here! ☹️
