I usually don’t have a problem with Mcdonald’s but this one is awful! Waited 30 mins for our food outside in the pickup spot, manager was nasty from the start of the convo … workers have no idea what’s going on, i feel bad for them

It would be really nice if the people there could learn to care enough about their jobs to put the right food in the bag.
3 times I’ve gone there since I moved to NJ, and each time they’ve gotten something wrong. Apple pies instead of pumpkin. Asked for extra sauce and forgot it. Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and only got two.
The food does always come out fresh and piping hot. But dang that doesn’t equate to a great time. Get the order right!

Use the drive-through yesterday and drove up to the 1st windows to pay. I had to wait a while as the girl at the window was intent on finishing whatever she was doing on the phone while giggling. I waited for almost 2 mins. The icing on the cake is the burger patty slipped out of the bun and was a mess in the bag.

2nd time at this location and every time I go they get my order wrong. Let’s not forget I’m waiting at the window for 10 whole minutes.
I dont know whether to blame management or home training, but no type of customer service. No thank yous, no hellos no nothing.
