Sunny Sunday afternoon, drive way is busy, restaurants is busy, and all 3 workers are busy. How about getting more workers for a backup? Kitchens Floor is a mess, Spanish workers in the kitchen keep sending wrong orders out. I got mine twice wrong, twice! come on guys. The cashier is very friendly.

Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered the big breakfast asked for cheese on the eggs, a large hot coffee with extra sugar and no cream. Got to the window and paid. The guy hands me a large iced coffee with extra cream. I tell him that I ordered hot coffee, No cream and extra sugar. He repeats it to someone in the back. Then comes to the window with the bag of food and a coffee. We drive off and go home only to discover that the big breakfast is eggs with a slice of cheese laying next to it. The egg is on top of the sausage patty. There's nothing but butter to put on the biscuit and the coffee Extra cream and NO sugar.

Tell me if you’ve heard this before… Placed a mobile order at the McDonalds 2.3 miles away. Had trouble adding a 20 piece McNuggets box, asked the drive-thru attendant if she could add it to the order. She could not (probably not her fault), but offered to ring it separately, which I okayed. At the pay window, I paid for the nuggets, and received 2 receipts. At the food delivery window, I received a large bag. I asked that they throw in some sweet ‘n sour sauce, since I was not prompted for a choice on the drive-thru speaker. They happily did so. I drove the 2.3 miles home. No nuggets present. The other food was fine, and special orders were accommodated correctly. Tried calling the store, 10 rings, no answer. Tried calling the franchise manager, voice mail, hung up. Drove the 2.3 miles back to the restaurant and went inside. Anna, working the front, was very nice and delivered my issue to the back section and management. The manager, “Lily”, gave me a slight side-eye when I told my story and presented both receipts, but ultimately instructed someone to prepare a 20-piece for me. When she brought it to me with a scowl, I took it. I’d have thought I’d get an apology, extra nuggets, some fries, or something/some effort to acknowledge the mistake. Nothing doing. I saw Anna on the way out the door, thanked her for her courtesy, and drove the 2.3 miles home to the hungry kids waiting for their nuggets. I guess this is where we’ve gotten to. Not surprising, but not the only option available to the establishment.

There's always a problem when I visit this McDonald's. I order online because it's supposed to be faster and easier, but for some reason, they can never find my online order. And then catch an attitude when they're proven wrong. I stop going to this particular location.

Good evening Google Family. I really enjoyed my Micky D's experience today. The young lady working had a nice smile for me and I smiled back. This location was clean and neat. I will definitely be back to purchase my mom some more fish sandwiches. She likes them plain and I also purchased the pies, pumpkin and apple. Good night Google Family and don't forget to work out.
