The behavior of the employees and manager at this location is appalling, night shift specifically.So I tried to eat a little something after a rough day. I ordered a shake and fries right? Shake and fries. I pull up to pay, cashier at the first window takes my card, gives me the card back says “you're good” and shuts the window. I get to the next window. They try to hand me a shake and a Coke. I said that's not what I ordered, I ordered a shake and fries. They're like no and I'm like yes, it is; so they bring in the manager. The manager comes in hot from the jump and is screaming at me, that I get what I paid for, it doesn’t matter what I actually ordered apparently. I’m like well it’s not what I ordered so can we fix this? I’ll pay the difference! As I’m trying to say that she’s just saying no repeatedly and getting louder each time, I’m just shaking because I’m not paying for a coke I didnt order, I don’t like coke I won’t even drink it. I didn’t order this, either refund the coke or charge me for the fries- removing the amt I paid for the coke. Fix it, is all I’m asking. Then she asked me for my receipt like that even makes a difference, anything that would be on my receipt is what you are able to see on your end. We’ve already acknowledged a mistake was made- and I’ve agreed to pay the difference, the receipt is meaningless… but I don’t have a receipt because the girl told me you're good just pull forward and shut the window. She didn't give me a receipt… which set this “manager” off even more. I was trying to be nice and I'm sitting here like whatever you charged me for the Coke just take it off the price of the fries, like I'll pay the up charge. It's not that big of a deal but I want something to eat. I don't want 2 Drinks for one person, that's ridiculous. I'm willing to pay for what I actually ordered. She is still losing it, then she runs off screaming at the other employee who took the order. while she was back at the other window degrading the cashier for her mistake, one of the other employees handed me the fries and was like here, just leave; and I’m just stunned, what the fxck did I do this for this person to get so heated? I offered to pay the difference, or take a refund on the wrongfully charged item. One of your employees messed up, it’s okay, but let’s make it right. I offered to pay the difference or take a refund for the coke I didn’t order. I wasn't demanding free fries. I just want what I ordered, or a refund for a wrongful charge. Why the fxck are you losing your shxt on me? Fast food workers receive a lot of verbal abuse from customers, I know, but this time it was the other way around and I truly did not deserve that. The anger this manager unleashed last night, I feel sorry for every employee working under this person. Do better.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend it nor will I ever return to it. After placing my order and waiting in my curbside mobil parking spot and waiting over 20 mins I attempted to go in and get my order. They had locked the dining room. So I try calling inside the restaurant and they proceeded to ignore the call and not answer. So I go into the drive thru explain I would like to speak to the manager and that I’ve now at 30 mins of waiting on my food. She has the audacity to lie and say she tried to bring it out to me. I ask for corporates number and to make sure my receipt is in the bag and she refuses to give me the number or my receipt. However because I ordered through the app they email me a copy of my order and all the information. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow to file a formal complaint. Half the order wasn’t even correct but by now 45 mins had passed and I was on a short schedule which is why I had went to a fast food restaurant in the first place was there is absolutely nothing fast about this location. I personally worked at a fast food restaurant for years when I was in high school so I’m very familiar with how they are ran and function. This location only cares about their drive thru timer and trying to get drive thru orders out as fast as possible. The manager became very upset when I said I would not move off the timer until they remade my whole order. She proceeded to give me the old food. Fast food is not the greatest quality and it’s even worse when it’s been sitting for 45 mins. One employee didn’t even have shoes on and had them places near the back door as to which I could see because they had the back door propped open with a mop and the shoes sitting there and the employees was just walking around with no shoes on. I will never return to this location.

I ordered at the kiosk and asked for no cheese on my burger. I was already exhausted and frustrated due to getting a flat tire and having to cancel my plans for the night. All I wanted was a quick meal.When I went to eat my burger, it was made with cheese despite my having said no cheese and removing it at the kiosk. I tried calling the location but they never picked up.I realize this is not a fancy 5 star restaurant but I at least expected my order to be right. Very disappointed.EDIT: I went back to the location and spoke to a manager. He was very apologetic and immediately gave me a refund.Dietary restrictions: I can't have cheese due to a dairy allergy and so I asked them to not put cheese on my burger. They either didn't pay attention or ignored the request.

Kiosk wasn’t working to issue a receipt so I confirmed my order with the staff employee and the order was still incorrect, I tried calling the store but no one answered and there was no way to leave a message…poor customer

Ate here on 9/4/23 with some folks. We had a few items. The fries were ok, the cheeseburgers were ok but the 1/4 pounder meat was obviously old. VERY OLD. DRY. BURNT FLAVORLESS. I also bought an unsweetend Ice tea, there was no refill to be had.My biggest beef is there are no employees in sight. All hidden. The big push for Menu board ordering reveals itself to be an instant disconnect from who is serving your food. I can tell you from my experience , it was not a caring HUMAN. TRULY DISGUSTING-NEVER GOING BACK OR TO ANOTHER PLACE LIKE THIS. $5.59 FOR GARBAGE.

What can you say. It's McDonald's. They always have the same look and the same food.However, I am going to this location versus Burlington City because I always seem to have a good meal here. The food is never stale and the place is always clean.You never have to wait for food and there's always someone around to help you.
